Beautiful condo located in Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms which is just 20 minutes from Historic Charleston, South Carolina. This condo is located on the 3rd floor overlooking a pool and marina. Guests have all privileges of the Wild Dunes resort including world class golf, use of the tennis facilities, and the Wild Dunes beach club. Located near Charleston, guests are just minutes away from historic downtown Charleston.

Marina view two bedroom/bath apartment style homes with screened porch. This condo is equipped with high-Speed wireless internet.

Moorings Villas are located on Yacht Harbor Court; the nearest pool is the Moorings; 1000 yards to the beach; 2600 yards to the Grand Pavilion; 2600 yards to the Harbor Club; the back of the property has a Morgan Creek and Isle of Palms Marina view.

Two story building with an elevator. Private pool in complex. Within walking distance of the Isle of Palms Marina, dock fishing and Morgan Creek. Views of Morgan Creek and nature.

We had a great quick getaway for 4 days. We loved the condo and it met all our needs for our family of four. Liked having the pool right outside, but the beach and everything else was a quick drive within the resort. We did have a hiccup upon checkin but it was quickly rectified by the owner. Would stay again.

Wild dunes visit

Good location , condo had everything we needed for our visit . A few minor repairs such as doors to bedrooms didn’t close properly . Nice pool and convenient

We loved this condo. From its location to the condo itself. A short walk to Isle of Palms Marina and Islander 71 restaurant. We will be back!!

Excellent rental!

Wonderful unit, nicely furnished, beautifully decorated, well equipped with everything we needed. Close to all the amenities of Wild Dunes and Isle of Palms. The owner was so gracious, and responded immediately to questions. We stayed one month and would stay again. Highly recommended!!

Perfect little condo for relaxing getaway

Had a wonderful stay at Wild Dunes. The condo is in a great location, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the village but a quick walk to the boardwalk, tennis, village restaurants and market, etc. We enjoyed walking on the shaded sidewalks and coffee on the porch overlooking the harbor. Quick walk or ride to nearby restaurants and the beach. Condo was clean and had all the needed amenities for a wonderful stay. Have stayed at many of the other condos at Wild Dunes but the Moorings is one of our favorites. Would highly recommend!

Peaceful Retreat

The property was immaculate and the host had anticipated any guest need! Everything was upgraded and very well maintained. The pool was steps away, and it was a short 2 minute drive to the beach. A WONDERFUL place to stay!

Wonderful Rental!

I stayed at this lovely condo with my husband and two college-age daughters. It was perfect fit for us while we were in Isle of Palms. Well appointed in every way and conveniently located to the beach, marina, etc. It's only a short drive from Charleston as well. The condo building has covered parking, an elevator and overlooks the pool/marina. The condo is pretty, spacious, clean and comfortable. The communication with the owner was awesome from start to finish. It's a wonderful vacation rental and we're glad we found it. Thanks!

Just what we needed

Perfect location for boat-watching. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Chris called us shortly after our arrival to make sure everything was good. Later that night we were cooking dinner and blew a fuse. We had to call him to find the breaker box, which was hidden behind wall decor. He answered promptly, told me where to find box, then called back a few minutes later to make sure everything was ok. We had a nice, relaxing weekend just as we had hoped. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

Condo was very clean and well appointed. Located in an amazing location, close to restaurants, activities and shopping. Owner was friendly and extremely helpful. Unit was quiet and had amazing marina views.

Great location/ lots of fun

I was staying at this location while in the area attending a wedding with a few friends. Everything worked out great and the reception was 5 minutes away. The next day we spent the day in Charleston which was a lot of fun. The condo had everything we needed and was comfortable. It was nice to sit out on the screened in porch and the weathers in October was around 75 everyday. We would visit again.

Excellent Honeymoon!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful place! Everything was so nice, cozy and felt like home. Your place was supplied with any and everything you would need. The porch was perfect for breakfast/coffee in the morning. Great place to walk and enjoy the scenery. The beach house was an excellent place to watch the sunset in the evening. Thank you for a great trip!

Beautiful condo

We loved our stay at Chris' condo. It was absolutely beautiful and clean. There was also a great view of the water from the living room window. Would definitely stay here again and recommend his apartment to anyone looking to stay in the IOP or Charleston area!

We enjoy tennis, golf, sailing, and relaxing at the beach. Wild Dunes Resort is a beautiful place that offers the finest in all of these things. Another benefit to a vacation rental in Wild Dunes is that it is only 14 miles from downtown Charleston which has many great restaurants and things to do.

This condo is totally renovated inside and out. It is like a brand new building
