Cozy Water Views Await

Enjoy beautiful views from our two bedroom, two and a half bath condo. Our unit is located in the Mariner's Cay community. The community itself offers a large swimming pool (opens mid April), two lighted tennis courts, a communal grilling area, spectacular views of the Folly River, a boat dock that you can fish off of, and it is just across the bridge from all the shops and restaurants that make Downtown Folly Beach an extremely sought after destination!

Our condo is on the third floor (no elevator). It has an open concept with granite countertops in the kitchen, a dining area that seats 4 and large living area including a couch and flat screen TV. The enclosed porch off of the living room and the master bedroom with gorgeous views of the Folly River where you can relax and enjoy a good book or watching the dolphins and other wildlife.

Both bedrooms have private full bathrooms for your convenience. The condo is also equipped with Apple TV and WiFi.

Bedroom 1: 1 QUEEN Bed, private balcony, private bathroom with a tub/shower enclosure en suite.
Bedroom 2: 1 QUEEN, second bath is off the hallway with a tub/shower.
1 FULL size air mattress (upon request)

The stay was wonderful! The condo overlooked the Folly River and we saw dolphins swimming through a couple of times. It was very close to Folly Beach and the downtown area for a quick drive or walk. It was also very convenient to get to Charleston and other places.

We had a wonderful week at Folly Beach. The condo was perfect for our needs as a family of 4 with two kids under 5. I loved having my coffee on the screened in porch with water view, quick drive to the beach and 15 minute walk to town. Would highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay. The only problem we had was because I did not read all the instructions!!!! The host was very gracious!!! We ate out most meals and enjoyed some really great food. The sheets and towels smelled fantastic!!! Thank you for sharing your cozy beach home with us!!!

The property is in a great location to walk to shops and the beach. Very clean and all necessities are provided. The hosts even left a beach bag to carry to the beach. The mattresses could be replaced, but everything else provided the comforts of home.

Very nice, very comfortable and clean! The location is fantastic for anything you want to do in and around Charleston. The water view is beautiful and the dolphins are an added bonus. Communication with the host was seamless. We’ll be back.

The location was great! Only a 15 minute walk to downtown Folly, beats trying to find parking on busy days. The views from the living room and master bedroom were amazing. Great space. The host were also very descriptive in regards to the instructions which was helpful to reference throughout the trip.

Everything was beautiful condo was as stated.Nice walk to folly beach.. would definitely recommend this condo.. there is only i thing i would recommend and that would be new mattress for both bedrooms

Perfect for family weekend

Great stay!

My family really enjoyed our stay here! Location, views, and overall comfort of the place were great. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook which was nice. We would definitely come back again!

Great place

It was a very nice place, fairly close to downtown Charleston just a 10 minute drive. Very clean and very nice. We really enjoyed it.

The place is fantastic. My only complaint is that when checking in, the gate did not work as it's supposed to. We got lucky and followed another car in that happened to come along pretty quickly. This is not an issue unique to this property. I've stayed in another unit here in the past and we had the same problem. Once in, the supplied pass that you scan for entry worked great. The owner of this property was great to communicate with.
