PRIVATE HEATED POOL!!! Endless Summer is just blocks from the beach!!

This 3BR/3BA home with private in ground pool is located on Sand Key Drive which is nestled off of the beach side of 11th street. Enjoy a nice stroll down 11th to Beach Access 1A or hop in your golf cart and be to the beach in no time at all!

This new construction home has a great open floor plan that allows everyone to gather together and enjoy each other's company without feeling crowded. The living room has comfy couches where you can sit back and enjoy the game on the 65 inch flat screen tv.

The kitchen is spacious and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bar has seating for two and the dining table will seat up to 8. The woodlook tile and new decor throughout make this an awesome place to spend your beach vacation.

The master suite includes a king size bed and additional sleeping in the form of a queen size futon. Enjoy watching your favorite show on the 32 inch flat screen tv. There is a private bath attached with a tiled walk in shower. The 1st guest room is a second master suite that also includes a king bed, 32 in tv, and private bath with walk in shower. The 3rd bedroom is a spacious bunk room with two twin over twin bunk beds, a 32 in tv for the kids to enjoy. You will also find a common bath off of the hallway which inlcudes a tub shower combo.

One of the best features of this home is the beautiful in ground swimming pool out back. Spend the day relaxing in the pool or take a dip after a nice day at the beach. With the outdoor grill you can can cook up your fresh catch while the kids have a blast in the pool.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. This house has plenty of parking for at least 3 vehicles or you can even bring a boat! Sand Key Dr does allow street parking too if you have an extra car or have day visitors.

If approved the cost is an extra $75 which must be paid before your check in day. Our housekeepers have very tight schedules and it is very hard for us to spring early check in requests on them same day so SAME DAY REQUESTS WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!!!*********

Best Vacation

This house is everything we could have ever wanted. It's super close to the beach, clean, and comfortable. My kids had a great time swimming in the pool as well. Will definitely be booking again.

Great house setup for a family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay, the master bedroom was set up great for accommodating infants and toddlers. The secondary bedrooms made the house perfect for accompanying family. Location was great, pool was very nice to have and we really enjoyed the beach and port a!

Perfect home!

Our stay was perfect! The house was very spacious, the pool was a great size, and the water in it felt amazing even after the sun went down. We will for sure be looking forward to another trip back to Port A and staying in this house again.

Family Spring break

Our family enjoyed staying in this beautiful spacious home. It was very clean, very roomy, had all the necessities, and we LOVED our heated pool! This home is well managed, and the owners were very easy to get ahold of prior to and during stay. We will be staying here again in the future

Great Texas Vacation!

This house had a great location and was as the pictures show. The owner was quick to respond to issues and check in was easy. It was difficult to find a house without any stairs (all one level) for my elderly mother, but this house was perfect! I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Awesome Vacay!

Family of 5 had a great time! The house is spacious and exceptionally clean. The pool was definitely a plus. The owners were very attentive and addressed an issue with the air conditioning immediately. We will be back!

Awesome House and Location - Perfect Vacation

This was an awesome house with a great location. Needed a 1 story due to disabled Father and it worked perfectly. So many extras in the house as well. This was the perfect house which made for the perfect vacation. Definitely booking this house again and again. Will not stay any where else. The BBQ pit could do with a good clean though.

Awesome Stay at Endless Summer

Endless Summer was awesome! We really loved the floor plan and the double fans in the living room and master bedroom were fantastic! The backyard was very spacious and the pool was the perfect size for our group. The electric golf cart that the owner provided was super quiet and in much better condition than most of the golf carts I have previously rented in Port A. The owner also provided us with a list of recommendations for bars/restaurants. We really appreciated his attentiveness to our needs and we will definitely look to reserve this house again next year!

Summer Fun

We had a wonderful time even if going to the beach was such a PAIN. We enjoyed our children & grandchildren & have started the count down to next summers vacation to PA and we hope we get to stay at Endless Summer. It was perfect. Loved the one level, the pool and the location can’t be beat! We had everything we needed! Thanks!

Rain in July

The house was beautiful, fully equipped. My only suggestions would be they need to cooking pans and they bunk beds in the bunk room are a little skiddish. Bottom stair of one of the bunk beds had wood piece sticking up so that could have ended badly. Overall it was a nice stay, it was raining most of our stay but we made the best of it :-)

Family Summer Vacation

Our stay here was wonderful! When we arrived, the house was very clean and a lot bigger than what I thought! We cooked multiple meals during our stay and had everything we needed! Everyone slept comfortably every night. This was the first time we had a rental with a pool and I don’t think we’ll ever go back to not having a pool. It was so nice to have! The house is close to everything so we just drove our golf carts and close to the beach. The owner was very responsive for any questions I had. We’re definitely saving this house to rent again!

Great house and warm pool!

Overall, this is house is perfect. The pics of the living and kitchen don’t do the size justice. I was a little worried it would be too small but it was roomier than I thought! The house is well stocked with kitchen appliances, pool toys etc. The only downside is the furniture is a little worn out. Couch cushions are flat and the beds are very lumpy. Bring your own pill! We had terrible, chilly, windy weather. Pool temp was awesome. The kids were in the pool all day despite the cold and wind. Communication prior to check in was excellent! We didn’t need any assistance while we were there but the guy we saw cleaning the pool when we first arrived was super nice. We’d definitely stay here again!

Cuter than the pictures

Very cute and spacious home with beachy decor. A lot more space than we needed. Would be awesome for handicapped access. The Wonderfully heated pool was great on cool days. Beautifully made up beds, lots of TV choices, and spacious kitchen with great selection of dishes, pan, and glassware, but not so clean. Small appliances were inexpensive & old and didn’t work so well. Keurig was broken, but the host replaced it within 24 hours! There’s very little water pressure and could not get the water warm in back bathroom. Outdoor areas needed to be cleaned, especially the grill, which may be broken.
