HEATED POOL (at no extra charge), SIX PASSENGER GOLF CART (again, at no extra charge), WALK TO THE BEACH OR RESTAURANTS OR SHOPPING, PLENTY OF SPACE TO PARK MULTIPLE CARS OR A BOAT, BEACH PASS, SMART TVS IN EVERY ROOM, CHARCOAL GRILL, FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, WASHER AND DRYER!!!! THIS HOUSE HAS IT ALL!
The moment you walk in you can feel the tranquility and beauty of this home. The home is a perfect getaway for large family gatherings or 2 families getting together or a small family looking for a big time!
The living room has comfortable seating (*Just updated - New living room furniture for spring/summer 2025), a large screen TV, and a coffee table large enough to play games or work a HUGE puzzle! The dining room offers a cute, eclectic shabby chic table. The kitchen is well furnished with dishes and pots and pans and all things necessary for a small brunch or a festive dinner for 12!
The HEATED Private Pool is a must in Port A! The pool is a 10x26 with a tanning ledge for you to lounge.
The 6 passenger golf cart has the beach access pass and will allow you to park right on the beach! You can drive it downtown to dinner or just cruise the beach at sunset!
Every room has a smart TV for relaxing at the end of a long fun filled day! We have included a few nook spaces where kids can go to "get away'"!
The grilling and outdoor spaces are shady and the breeze is comfortable during the summer sunny days. There is enough parking for 4 cars, or 3 trucks.
The beach is less than 3/4 mile away- perfect for a morning walk or jog to the beach and back. There are about 50 restaurants, bars, shopping attractions, the local grocery, and a ton of people/bird watching located less than a mile away.

Had a lovely stay. Open and spacious enough for a large family gathering. Very comfortable beds. Great location. Golf cart and pool were amazing bonus.

Great place!

Wonderful place to stay. Good location for all things to do. The hosts were so amazing and very accommodating with a family situation. Would definitely stay there again. Our kids loved the pool too!

Great house!

The living and dining area was large, and we never felt crowded (even though there were several adults and two children). We spent lots of time in the pool, and we loved having the golf cart for trips to the beach! The house was just as nice as it looks in the pictures!

We had the best time our kids loved the pool and the amenities were very appreciated! Perfect house for families and perfect location. Very clean and spacious for a beach house will definitely be booking again!

Great Vacation Home!

Great vacation home! Very clean, beautifully decorated, everything we needed for a great vacation. Like staying at home but at the beach! Owner was great, very responsive! Would definitely go back and recommend to friends.

What a Great place. Host was very responsive to a Couple needs. House was great. Even though the weather did not cooperate, the stay was fun and relaxing. Most fun was cruising around in the golf cart provided. We will absolutely stay again when in the area.

Perfect Home

This home was very spacious for our family of 10. The pool was nice for the kids and they spent many hours swimming and picnicking downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need including spices and storage bags. We especially enjoyed the convenience of having a golf cart without having to rent one. It made the trips to the beach quick and easy! Can’t wait to return next summer!

Nice place

Big home with plenty of room. Ice maker (both) not working but owner can’t get techs to show up. Nice pool and golf cart was very convenient to have.

Beautiful property!!!

Very family friendly property and beautiful to boot. We didn't really have to leave except to take the short trip to the beach using the cart that was available. It was also great having our own little private pool to use at night. It was well serviced and very clean. Owners are very responsive and made themselves available if we needed them. I would definitely recommend to others. We will be coming back!

The house was very well stocked. Perfect size and location for us. The pool was a big hit in the evenings The only issue I had with the pool is the gate latch to keep my grandaugther out did not work at all. We were able to tie off but needs to be fixed, for safety reasons. Golf cart was a big plus. Will come again.

Above Average

Cute house and decor. Had lots of extra beach! House was clean and in working order inside. We chose this house because having our own pool for the kids to enjoy was a priority and selling point for us. The pool was small and not clean. It is understandable for pools to have beach sand in them. But this pool had trash in it. Water was never circulating either. It had Burrito wrappers and ice bags, dirty paper towels. Lots of debris on the bottom of pool as well. The garage had lots of floaties some should be trashed but I actually left a couple of large boogie boards. The cart was great. The Ice Maker never made one ice cube the entire week we were there. Handy outside shower and water hose to spray sand off.

Nice but improvements needed

I struggle with this review because we enjoyed our stay. The house was clean. It was cheaply, but tastefully decorated. The furniture could have been more comfortable.The home is large, plenty of room. The home was well stocked with most necessities. The host checked in on us to make sure we didn't need anything. The pool was a bit dirty, and not working properly. Someone came and threw a couple pounds of chlorine in it and left. They did not vacuum it. There was two poles, but no dip nets on the poles, so we used a childs toy to clean the best we could. We ended up fixing the pool ourselves as they said they couldn't get anyone out until after we left. The furniture at the pool was cheap and frankly scary to sit in. There was cockroaches in the kitchen. The host offered to have someone come and spray but we requested to wait till after we left. We did not want to smell it our stir them up any more. They do need some better pans. The golf cart was handy, but rattled. The gas pedal stuck on it the day before we left. I had pulled the key out so not to lose it, so I could not get it to stop. Tried stomping on the pedal and ended up going backwards out ofvthe drive full speed. Thankfully no one was in the drive or the street. Could have been really bad. I was two houses down before getting the key back in to turn it off. Brakes didn't work well enough to stop it. SCARY! Needs to be lubricated.. The bathrooms were ok. They need some new rods and curtain rings. 3 1/2 star. Too hi

Beautiful home and close to everything. The pool was great and loved that it could be heated. The golf cart made us feel like locals and it was just fun driving it to the beach. The house had everything we needed and even more than expected. Thank you for sharing it home with my family
