Family reunion in Rincon

Our experience was very good. The property manager was wonderful and responded very quickly to any of my questions. Our family took the whole building for ourselves. Perfect for family reunions.

Spring Break 2025

16 friends and family stayed at The Beach Pad for the beginning of our vacation and rented the entire house. The individual apartments are very well insulated- you'll hear nothing from your neighbors when the doors and windows are closed. The neighborhood does dance until late, but we found it to be very manageable. We loved being able to walk to the beach and Jake's coffee shop, loved the huge space of the rooftop deck, loved the front yard to mill around in. We did cook a majority of our meals in the Surf House kitchen and made it work for all 16 of us. Thank you for making beach days so easy by providing beach chairs, towels, a wagon, and umbrellas. That was very helpful. We do wish the main floor had better screens or fly tape to avoid the mosquitos when we were all gathered downstairs. Our hosts responded to any questions immediately and also helped us plan the beds in the house perfectly. We loved our time there! Thank you for thinking of almost everything possible to make the stay so easy for such a large group.

NICE RETREAT

This is our first experience with this type of lodging. The place was nice, location is good although not at the beach, which is at walking distance. Neighborhood has lots of other places and restaurants.

Bachelor Party Trip

We visited with 9 people and had a great time. All of the units were clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Host was very responsive. I would stay there again next time.

Family Union

We rented this after our wedding and made it as a family union. A place for his family and mine to become one. The place was awesome. We were about 17 ppl in total and i love how there were atleast 7 private rooms/ 4 of those were a complete apartment. I loved the size/the view/ how its walking distance to the grocery store/restaurants/bars/beach. I recommend this place!

A perfect spot on the best island ever💕

My family group of 22 had such an incredible time at this property. They all thanked me numerous times for finding this little gem and we all can’t wait to return!

Location, confort and fun!!

The property is at clean, with full redundancy (power and water), great location close to Tamboo bar and other commercial spots, steps to Sandy Beach and a few minutes walk to Parking Lots surfing beach. Highly recommended.

wonderful family spot!

This was my first time in Rincon. This location is absolutely beautiful, there is a very private beach close by and the house is great and well-stocked. The owners were very responsive and we really enjoyed our time! We will be back again.
