The kitchen opens freely to a large living room/dining room with oversized couches, accent chairs, 70" flat screen tv and large wood dining table with bench seating. Sliding glass doors open out to the back pool deck making this the perfect house for entertaining.

Master Bedroom: Large king-size bed, sitting area, mini fridge, 65" curved flat screen tv, SONOS speakers & sound bar, walk-in closet, sliding door access to pool deck and an oversized en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity.

Bedroom Two: King bed, oversized closet, 35 " flat screen tv, SONOS speaker and a large en suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 3: Queen size bed with armoire storage and 35" flat screen tv.

Third Bathroom and full size washer and dryer can be found off to the right and left of the hallway office are between the parlor/foyer and the kitchen.

Foyer/den also converts into a “bonus room” with a queen size pull out couch! Extra linens for the pull out couch are located in the master bedroom armoire.

As vehicle is not really necessary as the home is directly in the heart of Old Town Key West but there is one assigned off street park space in the driveway of the home and is able to accommodate a standard car or SUV.

Even with the best of insulation some guests can experience discomfort due to this. We do provide earplugs in the drawers of each bedroom if you experience noise issues during the nights of your stay.
