Absolutely perfect for our college roommate reunion!We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our annual college roommate reunion. Harbour House Penthouse B was absolutely perfect for the occasion.The house is beautiful, comfortable, exceptionally well-equipped, and has that perfect Key West character. The location couldn’t be better—close enough to everything we wanted to do, while still feeling like a peaceful retreat when we came home. We loved having the space to relax, catch up, have drinks, and just enjoy being together.Everything was clean, thoughtfully appointed, and exactly as represented. The attention to detail really made a difference, and the house had everything we needed for a fantastic stay.Most importantly, Harbour House gave us the perfect setting to reconnect and make some new memories together. It’s not often that four old college roommates get the chance to spend time together like this, and this house made the reunion even more special.We absolutely loved our stay and would return to Harbour House Penthouse B in a heartbeat. Five stars without hesitation!

This place couldn't be in a better location! It is perfect for four couples traveling together, because we all got our own en-suite bedroom/bathroom combo. The main living space has plenty of room for the 8 of us. This was our second time staying here, because we love this place!

Really great! The drinks in fridge were so thoughtful. All the amenities were great. Every little detail was perfect. Such a great location to everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

The 4 bedroom condo was ideal for our family vacation. It is close to everything, extremely clean and everything we need was there. Ubers were readily available at all times . The food and bars in walking distance were numerous and the beach is only a few steps away.

Great Location

Eight Adults all stayed here and it was the perfect amount of space. It’s very clean, well equipped and it’s in the perfect location. I would highly recommend this beautiful penthouse apartment for a group. We will be back!

Beautiful Room

The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. It is very close to Duval and in walking distance to many attractions. Hana, our property manager was awesome!

KW Paradise

Property was outstanding, very clean, very roomy. Location can't be beat. We had one issue with AC, but management took cre of it immediately. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Month Stay

We stayed at Harbor House Penthouse B for the month of December, and it exceeded our expectations! The listing was accurate, but the space was even more impressive in person. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and serving platters to additional storage space in the closets of bedrooms without bureaus.The location couldn't be better! It's right by Mallory Square and the start of Duval Street, with Simonton Beach just two blocks away. One important note: the ductwork connects the primary bedroom to Penthouse A, so the bedroom temperature depends on the thermostat setting in the neighboring unit. Some nights were perfectly comfortable, while others felt a bit warm. The property manager is aware of this. Additionally, cooking smells from Penthouse A sometimes drift into the primary suite.The condo was spotless, and the cleaning team was fantastic. We scheduled two cleanings during our stay, and they did a wonderful job. However, we did encounter small ants throughout the unit. We treated the space with RAID, which helped, and the property manager planned to have pest control address the issue.It’s unfortunate that the property now has a transient license allowing daily rentals instead of monthly stays. I worry it may not remain in its current pristine condition.Hana, the property manager was wonderful and always available to answer any questions.We highly recommend this property!

Holy cow! This place is awesome. Right across from Mallory Square. Very close to every bar and the seaport area. Could easily have 10 guests.
