This quiet loft, just 10 minutes from UBS Arena and JFK Airport, is perfect for business travelers, vacationers, or those on a layover. Located on the second floor, it offers a private space accessed by climbing 10 steps, with an entry code provided the day before your arrival. Price is for two people, additional fee for more than two people.
The loft features WiFi, Tempur-Pedic beds, and a dedicated AC/Heating unit for comfort. It’s also conveniently situated 20 minutes from LaGuardia Airport, 5 minutes from Belmont Racetrack, 15 minutes from Hofstra University, Nassau Coliseum, and Nassau Community College, and 10 minutes from Adelphi University and St. John’s. Major highways and Northwell Franklin Hospital are just 2 minutes away, and Long Beach is a 20-minute drive.

For trips to the city, choose from three convenient options: a cost-effective express bus just three blocks away, Uber/Lyft, or the railroad, all taking about 35 minutes. The building is equipped with security cameras in the front entrance, and smoke alarms are installed in every room. The kitchenette is stocked with a fire extinguisher and first aid kit for your safety.

This property was truly amazing. It was extremely comfortable, extremely relaxing. I had the best experience here the best night of sleep overall, I am very impressed. I would definitely be booking again here extremely comfortable.

Host was lovely. We had 2.5 inches of snow overnight and needed to leave early. She got up and shoveled everything so we had a clean walkway to our car. She is great at communicating. Check in/out was very easy. The place is very cute, super comfortable, plenty of room, and well stocked.

Perfect location!

This was the perfect little loft apartment we needed for the weekend to attend an event at the UBS arena. Plenty of street parking and easy access.
