There is no hotel inventory in this area at all. So having a place like Shawn's was a nice option for me given I have family in that neighborhood. I'll be staying here again.

Shawn, our stay was very comfortable! The home was clean. The privacy was appreciated. And the environment was conducive. My husband and I will definitely return the next time we’re visiting NY. I’m also going to recommend my family and friends to stay there.Thanks for making our trip pleasant.

Staying here was great!! very easy find, comfortable & clean I stayed here while attending concerts at UBS arena only about 15min drive to arena

This apartment was clean, in a great location. Quiet neighborhood with easy keyless entry and exit. Parking on the street was readily available. We were always able to park directly in front of the property. One drawback is no coffee pot but I knew that ahead of time and brought my own. That being said there was instant coffee and creamer and sugar provided by the host. Smart tvs in the living room and bedroom were nice too. We would book again!

Eastern Elmont, quiet neighborhood

Great stay, as advertised. Clean, efficient, comfortable. Stairs are a little steep for older people. Thanks for a great stay.

NY METRO Championship Swim Meet

Great spot, 6miles from the pool. Great crash spot for me and my son. Good choices abound. Central location for the best that LI has to offer. Listing was accurate. Will be our new go to for swim meets at Nassau Aquatic Center.

Simple & Convenient

Host was very clear about the check in process and had an easy to understand explanation for property rules once inside. Simple place to stay when attending an event at UBS arena; about a 15 minute drive from the venue.

Great Property

Location was perfect for us. The apartment was clean and Keith provided everything needed, towels, soap, kitchen had everything if I had to cook (which I didn’t). My husband is 6’2” so the only improvement would say is the bit bigger bed, but it was comfy.

The apartment was as advertised, however, I would recommend a bigger bed with a better mattress. Secondly the apartment needs two new televisions sets. The ones in there have dark spots where it would be hard to see faces or color of clothing being worn on the screen. only in well lit screens was everything viewable. With these adjustments, I would have no problem staying here again.

Enjoyed the property. My recommendation is to make listing clear that parking is on the street. It is misleading to state that there is on-site parking when in actuality parking is only on the street. Also, in the check -in instructions, it would have been helpful to be told that parking is on the street. A suggestion: to have a liquid measuring cup and dry measuring cups. A comment: the door handle to enter the apartment was not screwed on tight. It fell and hubby couldn’t screw it back on tightly because he did not have a screwdriver.
