Best property rental yet. Very clean and peaceful. We come up each year with family and this is the perfect place. Love, love the view of the river. Host was very responsive. Great experience!

This place is fantastic! The views are incredible. Place was stocked with everything that you need or forgot! I would definately book again. It was a perfect place to relax.

Cheryl is very responsive. We had a small problem with wasps, which was taken care of very quickly.This home is very well appointed and perfect for travelers with pets.

What a great location! Great for a dog with hiking, walking and dog friendly restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was perfect.

Wedding getaway

This cabin has all the conveniences of home while away and was the perfect location to enjoy the area while visiting for a wedding. The owner is great at communicating helpful information for your stay.

Lovely cabin on the river

This is a lovely two bedroom house on the Feather River. It has a wonderful deck and large fenced yard overlooking the river. Very peaceful and a great neighborhood to walk.

Wonderful stay

It was a wonderful stay. The space is very welcoming and easy to live in. Cheryl has lots of really helpful items stocked. The whole house was impeccably clean. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The home owners equipped the house with lots of things one might need for activities, cooking/baking and emergencies. There was a weather warning during the course of our stay and the owner was understanding and flexible with our departure due to the conditions. A cozy place to stay in winter with a small group of friends, family, and kiddos.

Perfect tranquil weekend

This property is such a great little getaway spot. It’s right on the river and just beyond the 4th green of the adjacent golf course. The house had all the kitchen amenities we needed and was all in all the perfect cozy spot for our extended weekend getaway.

Excellent property year round. Host was very responsive. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable furnishings and beds, clean, and included all we could have wanted. Brand new propane BBQ, great fireplace with lots of wood. Amazing private yard within steps to the peaceful river. Bird and squirrel food abundant.

Cozy Pet Friendly Holiday Getaway

Stayed 8 days with my pups for Christmas. Very quiet neighborhood with deer and turkey wandering through. Nice secure yard for small-medium dogs. We had a great time and would definitely recommend for a small group with or without pets.

Lovely river house

Lovely house in the Feather River, very comfortable & well stocked. Fully fenced yard was perfect for the dogs. Safe forested neighborhood was excellent for walking. And big bonus were several wonderful restaurants close by.

Quiet getaway

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. It was very relaxing sitting on the back porch looking at the river and different wildlife going by. We had a great week here.

Great property

Great choice of rentals. Quiet, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Loved the deck overlooking the river. Bird feeders a real plus for us and photo ops. Would high,y recommend.

Relaxing by the river

Beautiful and relaxing setting. The deck provides hours of viewing the wildlife along the river--beavers, otters, geese, ducks. Nice big kitchen with all the essentials and a great gas stove. We will return often.

Beautiful quiet retreat

Beautiful home leaving you feel as you've just been on a retreat. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful . The home had all the amenities you would want and more.The host is very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend.

Lovely little house on the Feather River

We just love this place - watching the birds on the river - so fun. We only over go in the winter since the place is so popular in the summer. I would be a little concerned going with small children, as you'd have to be an eagle with them because of the river's proximity.
