Unwind in style at this beautifully renovated home nestled on the edge of the forest, where modern comfort meets the rustic charm of Graeagle. Thoughtfully updated while preserving its mountain character, this retreat is perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Enjoy spacious outdoor areas ideal for lounging or dining under the pines, a cozy living room perfect for quiet evenings, and a fun-filled game room for all ages. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for crafting delicious home-cooked meals.
Best of all, your furry companions are welcome too! Maximum of 2 pets.
Sleeping Arrangement:
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed (downstairs)
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed & full bed (upstairs)
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed (downstairs)
Bathroom 1- Full (downstairs)
Bathroom 2- Half (upstairs)
*Rates based on double occupancy per room. Additional guests $25 per person per night.

Please be considerate of your neighbors.
2. There is a firm NO SMOKING policy, both inside and out.
3. Please do not put anything down the toilet or sink that is not easily degradable.

To book with your pet, either call us directly, or select a pet-friendly property on our website, and click the `Pet Fee` box at check out. For properties requiring prior approval, please email or call us with the request.
We suggest bringing your pet`s bedding as pets are prohibited from being on furniture or beds.
If pet hair is found on furniture or beds, Renter will be subject to a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100.
Towels belonging to the Premises are not to be used on pets.
Visiting pets are not allowed.
We love our fur friends but enforce a strict NO-Pet Policy on our other properties.
If an unauthorized pet is at the Premises, or found to have been at the Premises,
(a) Renter shall immediately be subject to a non-refundable penalty of $100, in addition to the standard pet fee of $150.
(b) Renter shall be responsible for all damage caused by, and all incidental costs related to the pet; and
(c) Renter and Guests may be required to leave the Premises immediately.
