A self-contained, modern Studio, with free street parking, and private access, via a side gate. It's modern, with central heating and double glazing. Inside is a double bed, hanging space for clothes, Wifi, and TV, Mini fridge, Hub Cooker, Kettle , Toaster and Hairdryer.

Ham is a stunning conservation area in Richmond upon Thames - an idyllic, leafy spot with duck pond, cricket pitch and village pubs. It is a very pleasant walk to Richmond Park, Ham House NT and to Teddington Lock and the River Thames tow path.

The studio was perfect for our stay. It was clean, comfortable and warm with private entry. We spent our days out and about and it was nice to come home to each day. Thank you to our host who kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed.

Nice quaint spot

Perfect size for my solo travel with all the amenities I needed. I was able to cook without lacking anything, but was, also, able to eat out and store leftovers there. Felt safe walking around neighborhood as well.

Pleasant Stay in a Quiet Neighborhood

The host was very accommodating and responded promptly. There were a few communication issues with changing the check-in time but that got resolved. The stay had all the necessities and was very clean! Overall I would definitely recommend staying here.

Neat well equiped studio. Beautiful surroundings with Ham House near Richmond. 1 hour 10 minutes from The City (London).

A lot of thought and care has obviously gone into preparing this accommodation. Everything you need is there Good shower and good mattress. Good quality crockery and kitchen equipment. Other details like enough high quality clothes hangers. Laminate floor, everything is clean. Very peaceful and quiet at night. Very friendly host/ family. Added highlight: proximity to the river with stunning river walk. I'd definitely stay there again!

Escape from the country to the nice side of London

Cheap, very small, clean, warm, private, habitable for a short period, Comfortable king size bed, 2 minute slow walk from bus to Kingston or Richmond No complaints, I’ve paid more for worse but I’ve never paid less for better, don’t expect luxury and you will be happy.

Just what we needed!

Excellent communication with Fouad from booking right through until we checked out. He couldn’t have been more helpful during our stay! Property was perfect and exactly what we needed for the weekend. Lovely little personal touches! Ideal location 10min walk from bus stop and shops. Thank you so much Fouad :-)

Perfect for a short London stay

This property is well located for peace, safety and travel into Richmond. The studio was clean, warm and inviting and has everything you will need for a few days away. We had a lovely stay after being greeted with a very warm welcome by the owners. They even left us a few welcome gifts. I couldn’t recommend this property highly enough.

Super spot with friendly and helpful host.

Possibly the best bed I've slept in anywhere. A lovely considerate host and the welcome pack and toiletries on site were a lovely touch. I'd definitely recommend and will stay again if I'm on business in the area.

Studio in Ham

We arrived to a warm welcome from Fouad, who also checked with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. The studio was as described and made a great base for visiting family who live in Ham.
