Nico is a great host and the property is fantastic. Very spacious and well maintained. Convenient location for people wanting to go to central London, there is a tube station not very far away. Made travel with family very enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay in this cosy flat with an artfully curated interior and a lovely garden – a real home away from home. The host was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, with fantastic local recommendations and excellent communication throughout. His two adorable dogs made us feel even more at ease.The flat is perfectly located: an 8‑minute walk to Stockwell station and buses just around the corner. Vibrant Brixton is a 15‑minute walk away, and a park with a fenced area for dogs is right down the street, which is ideal for daily walks.Everything was well equipped and thoughtfully arranged, including small touches that made the space feel special. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

We loved our stay at this flat! The place was tidy upon arrival and oe of the hosts oriented us to the flat and back garden. The other host was available to give us tips and for questions and was very accommodating and personable. The weather got hot but we had fans to cool us down. Easy walk to the Tube as well! We loved our stay!

Just came back from a 4 night stay at Griffin House. Nico is a wonderful and approachable host and the accomodation is 5 minutes walk from Stockwell Station making anywhere in London super accessible. There is a convenience store right opposite which is very useful but the 'hidden gem' has to be the magical back garden which truly is an oasis. We highly recommend and when we are next in London we will definitely check to see if Nico can host us. Thanks again

Very comfortable and well-appointed apartment in a location that is convenient to many options for dining and transportation. The owner was very friendly, responsive, and helpful with checking in and out.

Nico and Ben were great hosts. They had control on the place, told us how to get everywhere and had beautiful dogs to boot. The only thing they couldn’t control, was the weather, but they tried their hardest. They put up fans in every room. I would definitely stay with them again.

Lovely, helpful hosts, very well equipped and nicely decorated flat, impressive garden. Convenient location with shops, restaurants and transport options. Brazilian and Portuguese shops and restaurants in the area are an added bonus. We'll hopefully be back soon!

Enjoyable stay!

We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed our stay immensely. The tube stop is easily accessible and the backyard garden a true gem. We would happily return!

Overall a great stay - flat is slightly older so not the newest accommodations. A 10 minute walk from nearest tube stations but overall a very solid choice for the price, which was very reasonable. Hosts were very helpful and responsive.

Had a great stay

Like other reviews have said, this is a gem. The property is well kept, the owner and his dog very friendly and welcoming, and the location is great. We would absolutely stay again.

Great 2-bedroom flat for a stay in south London

Our family of four had a great stay in the flat. We loved meeting Bruno! The hosts were very helpful and friendly and made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

Fab location for a really enjoyable family trip to london. Hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful including Bruno the dog) and the space was ideal for chilling out in the evenings after a busy day. Highly recommended.

Pros - friendly property owners; ample space; convenience store across the street; on bus routes; good people watching; restaurants nearbyCons - it was a little further out of the way from major attractions than expected - about 45 mins for us because we were unfamiliar with the transit system; lots of stairs to go up and down - more than expected. All in all, quite a good place to stay.

Thanks very much for your feedback, Carol and the nice things you said about the apartment. Sorry you found the stairs problematic. London is a big city and our location is fairly central. We are located in Zone 2 and it takes around 25 mins door to door to get to the Houses of Parliament or Buckingham Palace for example. Of course there are apartments where you could get there in 5, 10 or 15 minutes. But you would be paying double, triple or quadruple to what you pay with us.

Fantastic Holiday

We really enjoyed our stay and are hoping to visit again! The flat had everything we needed and the location offered easy access to the tube and bus lines. The hosts were ultra accommodating and made us feel welcome. We had an excellent time!

Great location, great suite, great hosts.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Ben and Nico were communicative, so we knew just what to expect on arrival. The suite was just as advertised. East access to the tube, and a short walk to cafes, pubs, etc. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great flat in Brixton

We had a lovely stay in this rental. The location was great and the host was very accomodating. It's a great place for those who want to stay in a neighborhood setting while still being a short tube ride to central London. I highly recommend!

Jumping off point for exploring London

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment---it was comfortable for our family of five (two adults and three teens), is located close to the tube for easy travel, and was within easy walking distance of shopping areas and parks. The owners of the property were available and friendly. The garden is an absolute oasis! Highly recommend.
