Summary:
The Mountain View Oasis lives up to its name featuring spectacular views of the Pine Valley Mountain Range. Your group will enjoy the sunset on the rooftop balcony in the private hot tub while basking in the glow of the custom fire pit. You will enjoy the same view from every bedroom. Is only 4 miles from Quail Creek Reservoir and 7 miles from Sand Hollow Reservoir.
The Space:
The front balcony features additional seating if you would like some quiet time or if you want to sit out and watch the sunrise. Our home sits only steps away from the pool, and hot tub. This is what St. George Suites in Utah should be.
This home has the same square footage as the 5 and 6-bedroom units but with more space dedicated to each of the living areas. The Master Suite is on the main floor with a king bed and has a full bathroom with a double vanity, a large closet, and a walk-in shower.
The second floor has a spacious Great Room, 2nd master king suite, a queen suite with 2 queen beds, and a bunk room. Both suites have private bathrooms. The bunk room is a kid’s paradise and features 2 triple bunk beds along with 2 versa mats. 2 pack n plays are provided for the smallest of travelers. There is an additional full bathroom across from the bunk room. Children can separate themselves in the upstairs great room while the adults can visit in the main floor living room. Our home accounts for even the smallest details. Your group will enjoy the 4-person air hockey table, board games, and puzzles throughout the home.
All of the bathrooms use soft water for your comfort. Tap water in the St George area is not very tasty, but there’s no need to bring bottled water as there is a reverse osmosis filtered water system with a water dispenser at the kitchen sink. The water in the ice maker is filtered as well.
Don’t forget the DVDs, as there are 2 Blu-ray players. Internet, cable TV, and Netflix are provided for viewing on the big screen Sony TVs. Completing the main floor is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a half bath. If you plan on dining in for the evening you will enjoy the well-thought-out gourmet kitchen, there is plenty of seating and dinnerware for everyone.

The Neighborhood:
This great location is only 4 miles from Quail Creek Reservoir and 7 miles from Sand Hollow Reservoir. Boaters or those with ATV trailers will love the extra-long parking spots directly across from the condo. The Coral Springs golf course clubhouse is just 2 blocks away. Only 35 minutes to Zions National Park as well as 35 minutes to Cedar City for summer games and the Shakespeare festival. Another short hop can also be made to Tuacahn. This St George Suite in Utah is close to everything.
Getting Around:
From I-15, travel east on Highway 9 and exit onto Coral Canyon Boulevard. At the bottom of the exit, go south on Coral Canyon Boulevard, and you will see Town Center at Coral Canyon Resort directly to the left. It is very easy to find this rental; also, it's 10 minutes away from Downtown St. George.

Trailer parking stalls by the pool, curbside, garages & Koral Kafe parking lot.
