Come enjoy the amazing weather free from inversion! Take a break and make memories at Zions Gateway Escape! This centrally located Luxury Condo is centrally located between Zions National Park, Sand Hollow Recreational Lake/Sand Dunes, Golf Courses, Washington, and St George.

The Master Bedroom Suite is amazing with large jetted tub and walk-in closet and plenty of room for a tv and King bed.

There are also two additional spacious bedrooms (Queen bedroom) and 2 full size bunk beds with TVs, bathroom, and full-size laundry room. WiFi is included but can sometimes be spotty being in a canyon. The kitchen, dining, great room, and outdoor living boast panoramic Red Rock Mountain View’s, the perfect place for family and friends to gather. Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and coffee-maker. The two fireplaces (indoor and outdoor), create a cozy and inviting ambiance to vacation living at Coral Springs Resort, with evening shade and quiet sunsets from the top floor large patio. The ONLY unit with Twinkly patio lights for enjoying the quiet patio at night.

The amenities including 2 indoor/outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs,, basketball, and tennis court are top notch for the development. And this unit also includes two private, covered parking spots.

We are a quiet top unit. Door code will be given to you, Allowing self check-in.

We can’t wait for you to escape in our own little paradise tucked away at “Zions Gateway Escape!”

Loved this place. Very clean and nicely decorated. There were only 4 of us but it was big enough to sleep several more people. Host was great, very responsive. It's about 40 minutes to Zion but the cost savings compared to stay close to the park was well worth it. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again should we ever be back on the area.

An awesome family-friendly getaway! We loved it! The pool was fun, accommodations were comfy and spacious, the attention to details were appreciated! Close to St George and water resorts in Hurricane. Will stay again!

Awesome place to stay with our kids while we had some National Park adventures. The kids LOVED the pool and we really appreciated everyone getting their own bedroom. Fantastic value for the price we paid. Would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to southwest Utah.

The place was very nice. All the rooms were clean. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and pans and silverware and utensils. Could not figure out how to turn on the outside fireplace, but turned out we never had a chance to use it anyways. The wifi was in and out a lot.

Our family enjoyed out stay at this 3 bedroom condo. It is much larger then the pictures show. There are 10-foot ceilings and the rooms are large with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the patio area in the evenings. Zion is only a short 40 minute drive from the property. Zion is an incredible park. We enjoyed two days of hiking throughout all the trails covered on the bus route. Highly recommend taking the easy and efficient buses to all the trails offered in this beautiful park. Get to the park early for a good parking spot at the visitor's center were the bus route starts. We had a terrific Utah Adventure!!!!! We'll be back!!

The pool and hot tub were delightful. The three grandchildren enjoyed their time there. Plenty of comfortable seating. The property matched the pictures and our family enjoyed our time there.

Everything was great except the wi fi, unable to watch a single movie or show without the constant loading/no connection sign, tried everything to troubleshoot. Besides that very clean, pretty view, nice ammenities, comfy, roomy and close to our Sand Hollow destination

The communications with Becky were excellent, prior to checking in and after checking out. The unit looked just like the photos which is always great. My husband and I loved staying here and having two full bathrooms was a plus, especially since we have our own bathrooms at home. I may have missed this in the details, but there is no elevator to get to the top floor unit. It wasn't a big deal for us, but for some it could definitely be a challenge. The internet and TV would go out on occassion. The location was reasonably close to all of our planned activities and places to visit. Separate from the unit, the clubhouse gym could use a little sprucing up. I would definitely stay here again. I recommend it for families, but it is also very nice for a couple as well.

Great Place!

Great place to stay. Located close to the highway and easy to get to just about anywhere in St. George area. Stayed with the family for a baseball tournament and would recommend to anyone.

Great family friendly place to stay! My kids lived the bunk beds, board games and pool. The patio was beautiful. Kitchen fully stocked, even a little high chair for my baby. Hosts were so kind!
