This was the most reasonably priced location I could find in the Cape Meares/Netarts area. The bedroom, living room and kitchen were well laid out in a small space. However the bathroom was very small and the only trash receptacle was in a hard to reach corner. I would suggest adding a trash receptacle in the bedroom or kitchen. I appreciated the helpful information sent by the owners to thoroughly explain the door lock and other information about the place.

The unit was clean and quiet. Easy parking. For us the beds were a bit too soft, but for those who prefer soft beds you would get a restful night's stay. We had our dog with us and there was a dog area in the back which was very useful and convenient.Water pressure in shower was excellent.Host was communicative about instructions on how to enter the unit.

Great spot near the ocean. It’s a simple older motel but the owners have kept it clean and nice condition, with everything you need. Cable TV, Wireless, kitchenette stocked with coffee, dishes and utensils. Nice bathroom amenities. Loved having a separate bedroom. The market next door very handy for anything you might need, and they even have a grill for some hot food. Will definitely come back.

Peaceful Place

We enjoyed being close to the ocean and the helpful tips of neighboring stores and restaurants were helpful! Sweet place, helpful check in and check out prices. Someone was on the ground s, Michael I think, and was helpful with the check in and needs of we had any. Thank you so much!
