We had a great time, I thought the living room was cool. It was a nice space to connect with our family. There were plenty of towels and blankets. There were also outdoor toys in the garage along with games and toys inside.

We had a very cozy stay here! Seeing the ocean view every morning and evening was so relaxing. Plenty of space, functional kitchen, beautiful deck and the location was perfect for what we were looking for. We would re-book in a heartbeat!

WHAT A VIEW! Loved it. The fireplace was amazing. The elevated convo pit was awesome. Since we live in a mid mod home, we loved this vibe. I just wish the seating was more comfy. Carpet needs replaced, needs a bit of updating, but overall it was lovely. The claw foot tub was awesome! No dishwasher, but didn't mind. Towels weren't great quality but we brough some of our own. Neighborhood quiet. Location great, next to Oceanside/tunnel beach. Owner let us have a later check out since I had some work dropped in my lap prior to leaving. So appreciated that! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Short drive to the beach which was perfect! Great yard for the kids to play in. The kitchen was not very well stocked so if you plan to cook a lot you may need to bring some of your own things. Also there is no Tupperware for storage of leftovers or anything like that. Pretty bare minimum. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This home is currently undergoing updates. Because of the timing of my stay, the listing photos do not yet reflect many of the completed improvements, which can make it challenging to compare the description to the photos. That said, the updates are a definite enhancement, especially the addition of the window beside the suspended fireplace.Be sure to bring extra firewood so you can fully enjoy the beautiful sunsets and evenings by the fire. I brought additional logs and was very glad I did.Cell service in the area is very limited, so I recommend reviewing Mark's check-in instructions before you arrive to ensure a smooth arrival experience.

The house is very cute, and the fireplace makes the stay super cozy. If you're looking for a place to lounge at night and watch a movie, this probably isn't it. The couch is better suited for sitting, as it's very narrow. Luckily, the view is gorgeous, so no TV needed. There are two full bathrooms, but only one has a shower, and it's tiny, so if you have a larger group, it might be a bit difficult.The owner was a great communicator, and the neighborhood is cute and just a quick drive to the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful ocean views from the large porch and many large windows. The beach seemed more accessible in the description than it was in reality. Netarts is an adorable spot.

Perfect location, amazing view

House was perfectly located for nearby hiking activities or beach visits. It has everything you need and the view is just amazing. The gaming room is perfect for kids.

Enjoyed our stay quite a bit. Felt like a retreat with the quiet and ocean views. Steep walk to the beach from the house which I liked for the convenience and exercise. All in all a great experience.

Charming and peaceful spot for relaxing as a couple. The hanging fireplace with wraparound couch was a highlight - so cozy. It’s an older property for sure, but it met every need and was a great home base to explore the coast. Host was responsive and supportive to boot!
