This well-located third-floor condominium sits perfectly between Vail Village and Lionshead, offering easy access to both via a short walk or the free in-town shuttle. With great Vail mountain views this condo is nestled between Vail Health and the Four Seasons Hotel, you’re just minutes from the lifts, shops, restaurants, and all of Vail’s year-round activities. A convenient and comfortable home base for your mountain escape! Scorpio condos are located between Vail Village and Lionshead. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.
This condo features a large living room , wood fireplace, two full bathrooms, deck area with mountain views, and a master suite with a king size bed. The second room has two twins, also a queen murphy bed in living room. There is an assigned ski locker on the lower level. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Amazing location!!
My Boys and I were able to walk to dinner every night in Vail Village. Only two bus stops to Lionshead and hop on the gondola. The location was prime.

Very nice condo in the Village. The finishes were top notch. Really enjoyed our time, the pool and hot tube were great!

Great location perfect for Families
Property looked just like the pictures. Very comfy beds. Super cozy living room with a great view of the mountain. Easy to get to either village with a bus stop right in back of the condo. Would totally recommend. Kitchen had everything for cooking.

Girls Getaway
Very well maintained condo that was just steps away from the bus stop. Super easy transport to Lionshead with skis and easy walk for nightlife.

The village
Perfectly located for Vail village and Lions head. Parked the car at the condo and walked to stores, restaurants ect. Everything is super close to this condo.

Great Condo
The condo is right next to the Four Seasons. Hopped on the in town bus to go to the lifts with ski gear, but simple short walk into the village for dinners. The management team was very helpful. Ross at Vail Realty was very easy to deal with. We will stay there again.

The condo was just as listed! Clean. Great equipped kitchen. Washer/dryer inside the unit was very convenient. Great location, using the In-town Vail bus, you're close to everything. Great communication with management.

Easy rental
Good location with proximity to both the village and Lionshead. Bus stop in front of hospital next door makes traveling in ski boots easy. Vail Realty offers ski storage under their building (close to Gondola one). Quiet location, comfortable apartment. The door lock is a code so check in could be simplified by emailing all the information rather than physically having to go to the Vail Realty office.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We do require the in person check in, so we can meet all our guest and assist them in all questions they may have to enjoy Vail.

Spring break
Only complaint I have is that the elevator broke during my move out and had to shuttle all the bags down 3 flights of stairs. Probably need to upgrade the elevator.

Sorry about the elevator, that is out of my control. I do know that if guest hold the door open too long, it forces an error code and has to be reset. Not saying that this happened by you, but this error has happened in the past.

In need of linen replacements
Unit was located between Four Seasons and the hospital with the rear of the unit backing up to frontage road and I70. Traffic noise was audible all night long and extra special when plows work through the night after a snowfall.Kitchen area is large with newer cabinets, counters, and appliances.Major problem for us was the duvet covers and shams. They were quite disgusting. The twin cover was ripped to shreds on the underside, stained and worn beyond explanation. The master had food or worse stuck to it. All should be replaced.

Thanks for staying with us. Did you mention during your stay the issue with the comforters? My on site manager in Vail will replace them, if they are notified. I am sorry that this took place on your stay. They keep replacements in stock.

Nice apartment but a long walk to the ski slopes
Nice property but it could have been a little cleaner.

Sorry you did not think it was clean enough on your arrival. We have a very good cleaning company that does all our units. Did you notify us of this issue on arrival? I can have them correct any issues that come up.

Great location
Great location between villages. Convenient shuttle service minutes away. Nice view to Vail mountain. Bedrooms could use some dust cleaning. Found someone’s mask in the drawer. Towels smelled like they would be drying a burning dryer. Would be nice if had some shampoo or conditioner provided. Coffee for first morning would be nice too. Had late arrival was struggling to find the lock box at 3 am in the morning. All info could just be emailed directly to me. Anyway enjoyed my stay we not picky. Would stay again. Tx

Great location
Easy check-in. Responsive management. Place was clean and super convenient.
Murphy bed was a huge bonus.

Great location
Terrific location for surgery at Steadman Clinic and only 10 minutes to gondola 1 and can walk to groceries

Great Place
Loved the steam shower. We had 301, which was an end unit and had a front deck with a nice view of the mountain.
