Scorpio condos are located between Vail Village and Lionshead. Located next to the Four Seasons Hotel. Great Vail mountain views. Just a short 5 minute walk to either village base area. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.
This condo features a large living room , wood fireplace, two full bathrooms, deck area with a gas grill, and a master suite with a king size bed. The second room has two twins, also a queen murphy bed in living room. There is an assigned ski locker on the lower level, free wifi, great Vail mountain views. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.
NOTICE: THE TOWN OF VAIL HAS PROPOSED A TAX INCREASE MEASURE THAT WILL BE ON THE BALLOT NOVEMBER 2025. IF PASSED THIS WILL INCREASE TAXES ON SHORT TERM RENTALS BY 6% FOR RESERVATIONS ARRIVING OR IN HOUSE AFTER JAN 1 2026. IF PASSED, ALL RESERVATIONS WOULD BE SUBJECT TO THE NEW INCREASED TAX RATE
