Step into mountain luxury in this fully remodeled 2-bedroom condominium, ideally situated just a short walk from all that Vail Village has to offer. Thoughtfully updated with stylish finishes and high-end features, this inviting retreat blends modern comfort with alpine charm. This two bedroom two bath suite features living space; one king bed; two queen beds; full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail.

Villa Cortina Condos are located right in the Village, across the street from the Sonnenalp Hotel. Located just a short 5 minute walk to Gondola One, and all of the Village's amenities. There is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub; free WIFI; free uncovered parking for one vehicle. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

We come to Vail often & loved this condo! Great location between the village & Lionshead so you easily walk everywhere and / or catch the bus. This condo was perfect for our family.

Perfect!!

Exactly what we were looking for in a post-operative, comfortable, and accessible place for my wife to recover from neck surgery. Check in was easy and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location, Comfortable Condo

The Villa Cortina location is a cost-effective way to be in the middle of the Vail village, within walking distance of everything as well as on the village bus route. The condo is comfortable and pristine, and the check-in and check-out was quite convenient.

Our family's Presidents' Day Ski Trip

The property was warm and comfortable and as advertised. Everything was fresh and updated and working well. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay in this property again.

Great Condo

Perfect location in Vail Village with easy access to Lionshead. Great layout for 2 couples. Very responsive when we pointed out a squeaky door and leaking shower head. Easy access for parking, building and pool/hot tub. Only negative was flat pillows. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Solid option for ski trip

Vail Realty was super professional and highly responsive. Service was 5 star. Good location: 3-4 min walk to the Intown bus. The unit was very clean and only had a few very minor issues, such as toaster didn’t work, kitchen drain needed to be cleared…property manager was responsive to issues.

Great Location

The location was perfect for going to dinner at night and walking around the village. I would not walk to the Gondola from the location in ski boots but the city bus picks you up across the street so not an issue. The beds and sofa need updating as they are not the most comfortable. PS Bring your own condiments, soap and shampoo.

Great location, Average on all other criteria

We enjoyed our stay in the city of Vail and the location for this condo to Vail Village and the gondola was very good. This said, the condo itself is very dated and had little appeal other than location. The kitchen is not adequately equipped and has older dishes and rusting pans, limited utencils and only one trash bag as an example. The carpet and furniture needs to be updated. In particular the beds, sheets, blankets, towels and pillows are very poor. We slept poorly given the beds and pillows being really old and uncomfortable. There was not any soap in the bathrooms, limited toilet paper and towels. There was little information in the condo for local services which made it difficult to navigate. The accommodations are on par with a mid to low range hotel. For the price charged, the value was not on par to what we expected. There was little care to making this a special experience.

This unit was completely remodeled in the last 3 years. I am not sure what you are talking about here. The units are supplied with bar soaps, and all linens needed are supplied by a professional linen company. Extra supplies are in each bathroom under the sinks. The extra trash bags are in the bins under them, as you take trash out you see the extras. I have a full time property manager on site in Vail, right across the street from the condo. If these items were not there, I see no notes that you contacted them at all during your stay. Sorry you did not think your stay was special.

Had a Great Time !

The pictures were recent. The property was in great shape. Check in process was easy. The unit is on the first floor so that was an added treat. Kitchen had what we needed. Comfortable. Didn't hear much noise from the neighbors :-) Never made it to the pool. Its a 8-10 minute walk to the lift. But there are some lockers/storage you can rent in the basement of a building on your left when looking at Gondola One that you can rent. This way you can walk to the lift in your shoes and put your boots on Just outside of Gondola One.

Great get away!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. New appliances, great beds, and large showers! Awesome location too! Right across the street from the village which has great food and shopping. The only thing we ran into that we didn't expect was that the condo wasn't cooled which was a bit of an issue on a couple of the days but otherwise we had a great time.

Nice property. Short walk to lifts

Right close to the heart of Vail village. A bit of a walk to the slopes but not too bad. Only downside is you are stuck using the gondola for the first lift up the mountain.

5 minutes to the base of Gondola One. In a normal year, you can catch the in town bus to either Gold Peak or Lionshead, or even to Gondola One if the 5 minute walk is too much. Glad you enjoyed your stay.

Great location in Vail

We were in Vail for a short visit and stayed at this property. The location was excellent and convenient to the Vail Village. The property was clean and the check in and check out were very seamless.

Great stay! Perfect location!

We loved staying at this property! It had absolutely everything we needed and was nicely updated! The location could not have been more perfect. We had to deal with a little construction noise going on in the condo above us and the jets in the bath tub weren’t cleaned very well but everything else was great! We also couldn’t find any check out instructions or a “property book.” Would stay here again for sure!

I am glad you had a good time. In the summer and fall there can be construction here. I do not see that you called my property manager in Vail about any issues with the condo.....I will check on the jets in the tub. I am glad that you enjoyed your time here.

Highly recommend!

It's always a little nerve-wracking to book a place so far from home, but the condo at Villa Cortina was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. Also, quiet which is very important to someone who doesn't sleep very well. The mgmt at Vail Realty couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. I look forward to staying at this property again come winter.
