Please allow 24 hours from time you make your reservation until time you check in to allow ample time to make sure our place is cleaned and will exceed your expectations.
House is within 20-45 minutes of all the attractions, but you might not want to leave this resort.

Outlet stores are 20 miles away.
Two Full size pools [open from 8am to 10pm, they just added lights!], heated spa, Lighted Basketball and Tennis courts, Work out room and pool table. The resort is right on a lake [Lake Marion], there is Fishing and Beach Volleyball. The family will have a blast.
Not only is this a great place for the kids, Mom and Dad need a break for themselves just as well. Maybe it's that perfect weekend getaway?
There is a private driveway that fits one car. If you bring an additional car please park it over to the left of the basketball courts and trash compactor, and it’s only a short walk over to the house.
There is a leaf for the table if you need a larger table. It’s in the front bedroom closet. There is a iron and ironing board in the laundry closet.
Our vacation home will sleep 8 comfortably. There’s a king, queen, 2 twins and a queen size sofa bed. Living room furniture was just replaced May 2023.

The HOST is amazing!!! GREAT communication. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are spaced nicely. Kitchen has some pots and pans well stocked with dishes. Laundry is conveniently off kitchen.The couch was super comfy. The screened in porch was great & looking over a small pond. There is a small grill on it and a table with chairs. We didn't use the pool but the area looked nice. the neighborhood is nice and has sidewalks all around if you enjoy walking.

First of all there is a high bug population in the state of Florida. We have the place exterminated on a regular basis and have never had this claim. Even though I did not require you to send me a picture, I gave you a refund for a fulls day stay even though you stayed. My cleaning company tried to locate an Oder and couldn’t find one. Maybe you didn’t like the smell of the dinner being cooked next door? Lastly, you didn’t follow the simple instructions about the parking passes. Then you went back on your word about overnighting them today so the next guest would have them. We will not be renting to you again. Take care and God bless

Owner was very responsive place was easy to get in clean everything worked 30 minutes from LEGOLAND but most importantly beds were super comfortable and air was great nice and cold would def recommend ps pool area was beautiful

Nice home, good value, convenient to Disney
We got in late Friday and the keyless entry was wonderful. Home was perfect for our family and we enjoyed the stay. From booking to leaving this was a wonderful experience.

Florida Home Quiet and Private
We enjoyed our stay in the home. It was quiet and away from the traffic and noise of Orlando. It was clean and Randy was an excellent host. We wanted to stay an extra day and this was easily accommodated.

House was nice and in a quiet neighborhood
We really enjoyed our visit and really liked the big comfy king size bed and huge walk in closet off the master bedroom.
Randy had great communication with us while we was there . Overall a wonderful experience

Very enjoyable
Randy is great ,he was easy to communicate with and such a nice person..the resort is clean and quiet…nice pool and the rental is very nice, enjoyed the back porch facing the pond so we could watch the alligator , turkeys and Sandhill cranes…plenty of space for our family and the rental had everything we needed
