Fabulous Over the Water Lake House on Lake Chelan!
Escape from the real world and step into the "WOW" factor of living in a remarkably large over-the-water cabana. There are only approx. 19 on the lake. Very rare!
So much more room than it appears, 1300 sq.ft. of living space. 3 bedroom 2 bath, Sleeps 6 guests with 2 car parking. Open floor plan. Full size, fully equipped kitchen and a separate bar with an under the counter nugget ice maker and beverage refrigerator.
Three bedroom (king main bedroom with private bath and TV) (private queen bedroom with sliding glass doors to the deck) (Unique king size bunk beds with stair access and TV) -Two 3/4 bathrooms.
Outdoor living is incredible with extensive wrap around deck. Nano Doors open to the deck and water utilizing the amazing outdoor living. Side deck with large BBQ, outdoor dining table protected from the late day sun. Easy lake fun with Lounge chairs, swim platform, 2 buoys and much more.
You can't get closer on the lake to view the incredible sunrise and sunset. Lake and moutain views from every window. This is a one of a kind Lake Chelan experience! Incredible 24/7 Lake Time!
Fabulous Northshore location, right in the middle between downtown Manson and downtown Chelan. Close to all the northshore wineries and fun!

Amazing, beautifully remodeled home over the water! We loved opening up the accordion glass doors, stepping out onto the deck, and jumping in the crystal clear lake to cool off. Clean, bright decor, fully stocked kitchen, and a perfect gathering spot for our family vacation with our adult kids. We will definitely be back!

We had such a great time at this Chelan rental. The views were stunning, and the location was perfect. It made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Inside, the home was clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed.The beds were so comfortable—we slept like a dream every night. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back again. Thank you for sharing your home with us! :)

We ended up in Chelan during this summer’s fire season and had to leave early due to extreme smoke in the area. Host was very accommodating and I look forward to booking this home again for our future visits to Chelan. The interior of the home was perfect for my family of four (with two grown kids). Bedrooms are small - but common spaces had room for everyone. Kitchen was very well stocked and we made excellent use of the nugget ice maker/freezer. We did not get to utilize the deck or easy water access due to the smoke - which we had been looking forward to. As I find with most VRBOs - the home was mostly clean. It’s always the little things for me - this time it was the window frames and sills. When you stand at the sink washing dishes - the window in front had a very dirty window track and the sill needed to be cleaned - this was true of most of the windows. This home is right on the highway (as advertised) and we could hear some street noise in the primary and bunk bedrooms - but there were fans provided that nicely muted that. Parking is definitely only for two cars.

Absolutely LOVED this house! Super clean, beautiful interior, unreal location right on the water. Gorgeous views. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook! Rooms were nice and beds were really comfortable. There were plenty of bath & beach towels which I appreciate. Not much storage for clothes in 2/3 bedrooms. Would definitely stay again!!

Stunning home!!
We had the most amazing girls weekend! This house exceeded our expectations and can’t wait to come back!! It’s modern, clean, fully stocked, the beds were amazing and I would absolutely recommend this home! Oh and I forgot to mention the stunning view of the lake and surrounding views of lake Chelan!! Stunning!!!

Absolutely beautiful home, stunning views inside and out with right on top of Lake Chelan. Alice's home is equipped with the latest appliances and the softest beds. It's a perfect lake getaway. You and your guest can walk right into the lake via steps. Life jackets and some water toys are also provided. We were fortunate enough to be able to stay and enjoy part of our Sunday there to watch the Seahawks game before heading back to Seattle. Thank you Alice! We went in Sept so fruit flies were an issue but Alice gave us a heads up. I brought some apple cider vinegar and made some traps but definitely be prepared around this time. Perhaps keeping the doors closed can help but it was too nice of a weekend for us to keep them closed. 2-3 smaller cars can probably fit in the lot in front but be aware that the home is right off a busy road so you'll need to use caution getting in/out. Beautiful home overall! Looking forward to staying again during our next visit!

This was an immaculate property. From beginning to end, we loved our stay. The house had everything we needed for our entire stay. The rooms were awesome, with the comfiest beds we’ve ever experienced at a rental. The massive bunk beds were a particular favorite of our kids. Lake access, literally, out the front door is a major plus on hot days. A short drive to multiple wineries and restaurants made this a phenomenal rental. We will return whenever visiting family in the area.
