In-demand Luxury Lake Chelan Shores waterfront townhome. This is the closest townhome to the sandy beach/dock/waterfront swim area at Lake Chelan Shores, Chelan's finest resort! The WATER, DOCK, GRASS and SANDY BEACH are RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR PATIO- Nothing in-between!

Fully equipped luxury townhome with two patios. Nobody above or below you. Nicely decorated inside and out. 18 acres of grounds with 900 feet of waterfront at Lake Chelan Shores, just 2 miles from town. 5 swimming pools, hot tub, racquet ball and nicest complete commercial quality FITNESS center in Chelan. 6 lighted tennis courts. Master bedroom on ground floor with king bed and HDTV. Full kitchen, full laundry, HDTV in living room with THX surround sound, Netflix ready. Wi-fi throughout unit and grounds. TWO patios: Large lakeside ground floor patio right off the living room. Separate side patio off kitchen/living rooom with propane provided BBQ. Upstairs loft bedroom with queen and twin bunks, separate bath and HDTV. Boat and Jet Ski rental steps from your patio (during summer months). This is one of the best condos in the entire complex with the best of beach and waterfront proximity. Private Buoy available for your boat or jetski! All Amenities, wineries, restaurants, just 2 miles from town. Free Wifi!

Lake Chelan Shores Resort association rules do NOT allow guests pets in units or anywhere on grounds. Sorry!

All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please see rental agreement.

Guests check in at the front desk at Lake Chelan Shores Registration before passing through gates. This is where guests pick up keys and parking permits

Check in is best between the hours of 4pm-6pm at the Guest Registration Building, although late check in can be arranged. Check out is 11 am. Please stop by the office on your way out or just call the office from the condo to let them know you're leaving.

Maximum occupancy is six guests. This is strictly enforced. Our condo is best suited for 2 adults and up to 4 kids, or 4 adults and two kids. Six adults may not find it as comfortable. No Pets, sorry!

Great rental unit on beautiful property

Lake Chelan Shores has lots of grass and open space on a beautifully maintained property. This rental has outstanding views and access to the lake and surrounding areas. The owner was responsive, provided detailed welcome email, Kitchen well stocked, bed/furnishings comfortable. All great!

Beautiful location at Lake Chelan

Property was beautiful and in the most stunning location. Has everything you need. Kitchen was great to use! Located close to Chelan and Manson! Can’t wait to go back!

Great Location

PROS: Great location, it is waterfront. You can sit on the patio and enjoy the lake. The grounds and amenities were extensive and very well maintained. Since we visited off-season, it was quiet. The local restaurants are excellent. CONS: The condo really needs to be updated. The heat was not working (took 3 calls to get it fixed), one burner on the stove not working, toilet rocks, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great for a family with young children

The townhome and location were fantastic, especially for a family with young children - easy access to the water, bunk beds, etc. We had no complaints. However, just a comment for those looking for elderly accessibility, the bathrooms are VERY small, which created a few issues for us and a fall. I say this not as a complaint, but only for those who need to take accessibility into account. My 80-yr old father loved the place, but this knowledge would have been helpful when planning.

Girl's getaway

The location is perfect! We relaxed on the patio and took in the view of the lake. The grounds are well maintained and staff were accommodating. The condo itself needs updating, but overall we enjoyed our stay!

A Cozy Getaway with a Beautiful View

We had a very nice stay at this property. We found it cozy, comfortable and clean. The towns of Lake Chelan and Manson are just minutes way. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great condo with plenty of amenities!

My family stayed here for Christmas and the condo was perfect for us! The kitchen had plenty of amenities to prepare a nice Christmas dinner and we enjoyed the view of the lake. It was close to downtown and several wineries. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

This condo has the perfect location to enjoy all the great things Chelan has to offer....Waterfront to enjoy the beach right outside your door...Outstanding boat launch on property with moorage option for getting out on the water....and a wonderful location to do wine tasting at multiple wineries in close proximity. Worth TWICE the Price!

I had been looking forward to this trip for 6 months & had looked at the pictures so many times ... so was VERY happy that it was BETTER in person! Very accurately described ... so much so that when I saw it - I felt I had been there before! The Kitchen is VERY well stocked with everything that any cook would need. (I have stayed at many condos that just had the basics ... so seeing all the extra platters, spices, laundry detergent, large bowls, etc. was a bonus). Great view of the water from the living room and patio. I have NOTHING negative to say about this property!

Look no further

This is an amazing property, from the moment we arrived we felt at home. It was very clean and well stocked., great view and easy access to beach and boat launch. The bed was very comfy as well, would definitely stay here again.

Great location right on the lake!

Great location right on the lake! Stayed here with my mom and sister for the wine and jazz fest. Nice townhome with everything you need for a vacation. The 2nd bedroom is a loft, I didn’t realize that when I booked it, but it was fine for our purposes! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place Great Time

We were there for 3 nights guys golf in the morning and wine tasting in the afternoon. The experience from check in to check was awesome with friendly check assistance. The condo was well stocked with cooking items and dishes, pans etc. We could not find a potato peeler but that was all we lacked, Great location good grill outside and everything was good working condition! Thanks we would come back for sure!

Perfect in Every Way

This is my son, daughter-in-law, myself and my two grandkids staying here for the second time. Perfect amount of space, comfy couch with huge sliding g glass doors that open to deck with beautiful view of lake. Has own little beach area too. Will definitely be staying again.

Awesome 4-Night Fall Stay

Fall is our favorite time of the year to visit Chelan. Check-in was smooth and simple. The unit was as advertised, and there was plenty of room for we three adults. It was just a short drive into the town of Chelan, and not much further into Manson. Wineries abound only a short distance away. The property was pristine, and the 180 degree view of the lake from the unit was spectacular. The setting was picturesque with the changing color of the leaves, Morning coffee on the patio was such a visual treat. The boat ramp is adjacent to the unit, but there is hardly any activity this time of year. The proximity of the dock made it easy to walk down and drop a fishing line in to deep clear water at the end of it. The large windows of the unit let in lots of welcome light. There was plenty of nice seating both inside and out to enjoy the surroundings. Cooking in was a breeze. We wanted for nothing when it came to kitchenware and gadgets. Grilling was a breeze with the propane unit right off the dining area. Beds were comfortable and there were TV's in every room. Tim, the owner, was just a phone call away and quick to respond when I had a couple questions as we settled in. I would definitely book this unit again, especially this time of year.

Perfect location for water and wine!

We had a great September stay at this condominium. The waterfront location has terrific views with excellent access to the lake. The boat launch and moorage are super convenient. Excellent wine tasting at a variety of wineries is just a short drive away. Lake Chelan Shores is well maintained by friendly and helpful staff. The unit was clean, updated, spacious and very well stocked with all you need. Being ground level allows for extra space outside. Thanks so much for sharing your condominium with us. Great stay in lake chelan

This place is great. Right on the lake with a sandy beach. There’s 5 pools in the complex. We used the big pool near the club house. It seemed to be the warmest. The condo itself is immaculate. It has been well taken care of and looks updated. You can’t go wrong with this place.

Great getaway

I had a long Mothers Day wknd with my daughters and grandchildren; staff was great, condo is beautiful. Could use less attention to decor/accessories, and more attention to being kid friendly (furniture, a step stool in the bathroom, etc) Overall wonderful experience!
