Charming renovated 1920's home fully equipped. Period antiques and modern conveniences make this home perfect for the avid fly fisher, or for a cozy get-away to enjoy the Catskill region. All linens and towels provided, modern kitchen and outdoor space with gas grill for evenings in, or walking distance to restaurants and brewery. Close to public fishing water or a short car ride to Roscoe, NY. 2 hours from NYC, make Cahill house your home away from home in the Sullivan Catskills!

We love staying in Hannah’s property when we go to the Catskills on our fishing trips. This place has everything we need, nice kitchen, close to amenities in Livingston Manor and close to fishing.

Great Weekend Stay

Very charming house - well-located, nicely updated and decorated. We used the home as a base for a weekend visiting family near Livingston Manor and it had everything we needed.

Fishing trip

Nice older house, perfect for our fishing trip. Good central location to Livingston Manor and all the streams and rivers that we wanted to fish. The house was comfortable, updated and nicely decorated and had all the amenities that we required. Would recommend.

Love this place.

We stay here once or twice a year on our group fly fishing trips to the Catskills. This classic old house exudes fly fishing. Nice big deck out back or covered porch on the front to hang out with friends and plan your days fishing or recap your catches. Our first choice when staying in Livingston Manor.

Livingston Manor house

This is the second time we stayed at this property. Totally satisfied again. Great location location in the village of LM. Short drive to Willowemoc and Beaverkill fishing spots. Great house!

Catskills fishing trip

Very happy with property. Clean, modern kitchen and baths. Charming home. Conveniently located in Livingston Manor. Short walk to business district and breweries. Perfect for fishing Beaverkill and Willowemoc.

Just a great place to stay

My friend and I enjoyed staying at Cahill House. The house is comfortable with all the needed amenities. It is a great place to stay regardless of your reason for visiting the Catskills. It is just a minute from downtown Livingston Manor and a few miles from Roscoe. The fly fishing theme is a bonus and put us in the mood for four days of great fishing. Hannah is a fantastic host, friendly, and responds quickly to your needs. We look forward to future stays.

Catskill Fly fishing trip

My two longtime college buddies get together every couple of years for a fishing weekend. This place was perfect and it seems like every detail was covered within the house. Very functional, nice porch and the fly fishing books, paintings and artifacts really captured the mood of the weekend.

My family stayed a weekend for my niece’s wedding. Hanna was so easy to work with and so nice. She also suggested that I could cut flowers from her garden for the house and to bring home. Very sweet. Communication was excellent. The house is adorable. 1920’s restored home with a lot of charm. It was very comfortable and cozy. We would definitely stay there again . I highly recommend.

The house was very charming and comfortable. It was easy to find and parking was also easy. The decorations were lovely, and the information on the coffee table was much appreciated.Some of the household items felt like they were due for replacement. The can opener was tricky, and some of the plastic cooking spoons were chipping. But overall, we had an excellent stay and it was an economical, clean option we appreciated!

Lovely Home Away From Home

My sisters and husband had an adventure filled week visiting Livingston Manor. Between the fly fishing, sight seeing, breweries and eateries we had our pick of things to do. Then, as an added bonus, we were in town for the not to be missed Trout Parade. Such fun! You can walk to town from here. So convenient. House is fully loaded with all amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Beds were comfortable- loved the Tommy Hilfiger llama sheets on ours. And Hannah is a wonderful host- readily available with answers and suggestions. We'll be back for sure!

Charming fishing farmhouse

This house is so special and lovely. It has the charming old house details such as lovely wood floor and door frames but is modern where you want it to be- in the kitchen and bathroom. I loved the wooden furniture, fishing books and all the special details like blankets and pillows. Lovely taste! It is clear the owners know how to have fun and put alot of effort into making your stay very comfortable and wonderful.

This house is so pleasant! Plenty of privacy- spacious porch and deck - and comfortable bedrooms. A great place to stay for easy access to Bethel Woods.
