Great property, amazing location, the gym and the trails in the back yard were our favorites. Hosts were very helpful, we would absolutely be back.

Everything was great! It was exactly what we were wanting / expecting and it felt very cozy and clean. It also had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be going back as soon as we can!

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. We totally enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the wellness features and the privacy of the property while still being so close to Livingston Manor. We would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful home where you can tell lots of thought went into the decor, gym, deck area etc. very quiet and we liked the wood burning stove inside as well as the hot tub.

Such a peaceful house to spend the weekend. It was really clean, comfortable and felt right at home. The coziness of the wood burning fireplace with a glass of wine under a blanket with a good book was delightful. The gym was a big hit with my 14 year old son we worked out and had dance parties. My husband had a cut by the local barber John who has lived in Livingston manor his entire life and had funny stories. We found the three covered bridges which was a cool experience to drive around the area. A must see is the Woodstock history museum at Bethel Art Center. Beautiful area and cool experience At the house the backyard layout was great, with the swing and hot tub. We didn’t get to use fire pit but the set up is cool. Walked my dog Josie thru trail in the field behind the house very easy. We ate at Arnold tavern not the best service was slow and food was cold, had heard great things so maybe we had a miss that night. Check out consignment shop on Main Street good prices and really well organized Ice cream at Evelyn’s yum o and pizza at Kathskeller all on Main Street. 5 mins from the house. Definitely will be back maybe for warmer weather. Thanks again for opening up your home. Best Laura,Darin Emerson and Josie ()

Beautiful home in the middle of nature. Lots of privacy. Hot tub was amazing. Fire pit too! I could go on and on. It’s worth every penny.

Hi Jen & Seth - Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful and unquestionably well maintained and stocked home. You made everything easy (from check in to checkout) and we do appreciate that! We loved every aspect of it - morning sunrise and sunsets on the property are stunning. Hot tub after a trail ride was great. Also, as the hot tub is a newer Sundance model that has ample seating, that was quite a surprise. Exercise room and mediation area is wonderful (and cold plunge was fun to experience). Everything was well thought out. Furnishings are so stunning and wonderful to experience and the bed has heavenly. We really enjoyed our time there to rest and relax. All recommendations were wonderful as well. Livingston Manor and the surrounding Catskills area is a true gem. We will definitely be back! Again, thanks so much for a very lovely, relaxing and enjoyable time!Jay and Alissa
