Above and beyond communication and bonus for telling me tips about restaurants and the tourist attractions nearby. The place was very clean and in a nice quiet place in the woods. Very peaceful. 5 out of 5

Our stay in the studio was fabulous. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The location worked out well for everything we were wanting to do while in Acadia. The check in process was a breeze and the polite and helpful communication from Eric was very much appreciated. We will definitely be coming back to the area and staying in the studio again.

This home was exceptionally clean, beautiful, and well-equipped. Communication with Eric was excellent. It was a very short walk to a beautiful trail. We were so glad we stayed in Southwest Harbor - turned out to be the perfect location for exploring Acadia!

On a very quiet off the beaten path road. Surrounded by woods. Saw a couple of deer. Less than 30min drive into Bar Harbor and even closer to Bass Harbor. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, grilling, and walking to Flying mountin which we hiked twice during our stay. Studio was clean and spacious. Enough parking for both my large vehicle and the person upstairs. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

This cute spot was small but clean and perfect for a couple wanting to explore Acadia. The location was lovely because it was more on the quiet side of the park yet close to many things to do. We also loved just sitting in the backyard reading or on the small front deck. Although it was not on the water, it was in the quietness of the woods. The host was quick to respond and helpful and had everything that one would need!

We really loved our stay at this studio in Southwest Harbor. The place itself was clean, cozy, and incredibly quiet (inside and outside) which made it such a comfortable place to come back to after a full day of exploring.The full kitchen was a huge plus for us. It was really nice to have the space and flexibility to make our own meals, have coffee in the morning, and just settle in and feel at home.The location was another thing we really appreciated. The studio felt secluded, but it was still close to trailheads and just a short drive into Southwest Harbor and to anything else we needed.As our host, Eric was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the studio gave us exactly what we were looking for—a clean, comfortable, peaceful spot with everything we needed, while still being close enough to enjoy all the hiking, exploring, and adventure the island has to offer. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much, Eric!

Our first time in Maine and in Acadia and we wanted to stay a little off the beaten path to have a retreat in the evenings. The place fit the bill, had everything we needed and it was comfortable for two people. Quick drive to all major must sees and dos, and it had even quicker access to some areas that were less inundated with tourists. We had some minor issues while we were there with water pressure when several people were using water across the properties and in the laundry and a brief power outage, but the owner was always quick to communicate and resolve the situation. They also told us they were working on fixes so that might never be an issue going forward. Overall good value and certainly more updated than other parts of the area if you're looking for modern amenities.

Incredibly clean and quiet dog friendly stay for Acadia NP. We had a wonderful stay and Eric is a great host. Secluded location but convenient to the park and not too far from Bar Harbor. This was our second stay and hope to come back.

Our stay in the Acadia quiet side studio was exceptional. The rooms were very clean and the check-in and entry process was very smooth. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend this property if you are planning to visit Acadia.
