Excellent property

Can’t fault the villa in anyway. Everything you could need, extremely clean and comfortable. Every aspect is better than the photos with the totally private outside space being the highlight for us. Help from Marie throughout the booking process was great even to the extent of contacting out car hire company to arrange for the car to be left at the villa prior to our arrival.

Maison bien décorée, très agréable et fonctionnelle. La terrasse extérieure est très jolie avec une petite piscine toujours au soleil, une végétation luxuriante et une magnifique vue sur la mer. À noter que l’une des plus belles plages de Basse-Terre est juste en bas de la maison. La société de conciergerie est très professionnelle et arrangeante. Les petites attentions (punch, eau, jus de fruit, café…) à notre arrivée couronnent le tout.

Super séjour

2eme séjour dans cette villa à Deshaies près de la plage de Grande Anse où l'on peut se rendre à pied. La villa est très agréable et les hôtes toujours à notre écoute.

Très bon séjour dans cette villa avec jolie vue mer

Nous avons apprécié cette belle villa avec possibilité de manger en terrasse avec superbe vue ou en intérieur le soir. Cuisine moderne bien équipée et chambres disposant chacune de sa salle d'eau.

Super location à Deshaies

Superbe vue à 180 degrés sans vis à vis sur la mer des Caraïbes. Maison parfaitement équipée, avec goût. Très calme. En tous points conforme à l'annonce. De surcroît excellent accueil de Marie, avec beaucoup d'attentions. Seul inconvénient lors de notre passage : faible débit d'eau pour la douche et wifi erratique en journée, inexistant le soir (mais c'est ainsi la Guadeloupe !)

Paradise!

We just returned from 11 glorious days at Villa Cyann. As the pictures show, the villa is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a memorable stay. Marie has gone above and beyond to make sure this is the case. In addition to the beauty inside the villa, the deck has a perfect view of the surrounding rainforest, the ocean and the sunset. We found we wanted to stay in and cook every night because we didn't want to miss out on the sunset and the view from the deck! We loved watching all the birds too. The Purple Throated Caribe Hummingbirds were our daily visitors. The villa is a 10 minute walk from the Grand Anse, which is a gorgeous beach with lots of fun food/bar choices. In addition to all of this, Marie is a wonderful host - always eager to help if needed! We highly recommend Villa Cyann. We will be back!!

Incredible view! Very clean and well appointed Villa!

The view from villa Cyann is amazing and the location is great. So close to the Grande Anse . The villa is newly decorated and very fresh. Marie is also very sweet!

What a way to start the day!

We arrived after dark, so it was quite the treat to wake up in the morning to the incredible view of the ocean and sail boats. We couldn't get enough of that view! The villa was very comfortable, very clean, and had a lovely ambience. It had all the basic necessities, as well as some nice treats. It was easy to make ourselves at home there. The location was great -- close to Deshaies and Grand Anse beach and Pearl beach. There are bamboo beach mats, but there was only one beach towel. But since there was a washing machine we were able to use and then wash the bath towels. We brought card games with us for the evening hours. There is a tv, but our French was not good enough to follow any of the shows. There is also a hot tub and a grill, neither of which we got around to using. It is very quiet there, so you can hear a variety of birds and frogs but hardly any traffic noise. The villa is up a steep hill and since I had not driven a car with manual transmission in quite a few years it was a challenging drive the first few times. Basse Terre is quite hilly with narrow, twisting roads, so you might consider an automatic. For example, the drive to the plantation Habitation La Griveliere is not for the faint of heart! The owner answered all our questions before our trip and provided excellent directions to the villa. Once there we were assisted by the owner's agent Virginie who was very helpful and very friendly. She went out of her way to deliver the keys to us at a restaurant in Deshaies the night of our arrival and was at the villa at 5 a.m. to see us off the day of our departure. I would definitely recommend Villa Cyann.
