Family weekend for Labor day @ Lake Tahoe. This place is amazing, feels like home away from home with all of the bonuses of Tahoe. Didn't want to leave!

We came to Incline Village for my son's wedding. The house was perfect for us and had everything you could need. The furnishings we're amazing and the beds were very comfortable. The decks and views are amazing. The baby gates came in very handy and are a must if you have small children. It was comfortable and just like being at home. Wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Place was amazing. Well stocked - no need for any cleaning supplies, butter spices etc. if staying a week bring shampoo and conditioner and you’re set. Place really goes above and beyond to make it an enjoyable stay with everything you need. Cooler, chairs, beach towels, tons of directions everything is super clear. We didn’t have to reach out once as everything was extremely well thought out organized etc. Will 100% rent again next time.

Everything was amazing, great host, great house, very clean, great amenities, (Shaffe board was so much fun! ) great hot tub, perfect location and very quiet, very thing was perfectly organized! Hope to return soon.

One of the best home-rentals I’ve ever experienced - very well maintained, stocked with anything you could need, great communication with the host - you couldn’t find a better place to stay in Incline Village!

Tami is a great host and was very accommodating!! The house came stocked with everything we needed to enjoy a week up in the mountains to make our home away from home. The property was ideal both in size for two families as well as its location to Diamond Peak, shops, etc. Highly recommended!!

“Bearadise” is roomy, well equipped and well appointed. We were always comfortable there, and the owner is very attentive.

Family reunion location

This home was very clean, extremely well stocked, provided lots to do, and was very comfortable. The location was great for a family reunion because of other rental properties also available in the area as well as its location near a lot of activities.

Fantastic Property & Property Host!

Great location, beautiful property and wonderful host. Tami is a good communicator and has thought of every single detail. The property is very clean and equipped with anything you would need which makes for an enjoyable stay. Spacious enough for two families with teenagers. Highly recommend this property!

Bearadise was the perfect setup for our family. We loved sitting out on the deck to enjoy the beautiful weather. The house was very clean and well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Tami was great to work with…she answered any questions very promptly. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful deck

Perfect property for our group of 3 couples. Each couple had a separate floor with bed and bath. The decks were the highlight-we loved sitting outside any time of day. The house was very clean and well stocked.

Better than advertised

Beautiful, very well supplied home near beaches and shopping/activities. Great set up for adults and littles. Fabulous lower deck with awesome hot tub, separate bed/bath spaces for privacy, fun and games for the entire family! We would stay here again.

The patio decks were beautiful, well maintained, hot tub was amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and more. Seemed like a lot of rules when reading about it but it wasn’t bad and we felt comfortable and the house was super clean and safe. Beds comfortable. Would highly recommend for families.

This home was beyond fabulous! It was spotlessly clean. Beautifully furnished. Well stocked kitchen with every spice you can think of! Top of the line all the way through. Perfect for 3 couples with bedrooms on 3 floors and each with a full bath. The decks are beautiful and comfortable and the hot tub was amazing! Highly recommend this VRBO
