We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything was clean, well provisioned, and very comfortable. We could not recommend this property enough!

Property was perfect for our needs. Only issue was the dog hair which was on the main level and a bedroom downstairs. Called Sun Bear and it was resolved. Would stay here again.

We love staying at this house! It’s always so clean and very accommodating. We especially love that the kitchen has everything you need to prepare any meal and that there’s extra tables and chairs in the garage for extended seating for games & puzzles. Thank you Kenny for providing us a place for yet another wonderful getaway!

Beautiful property and home! It was perfect for our large family attending a wedding in Incline. Owner was super helpful when we had a question and got back to us right away. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Kenny and Nancy’s beautiful home. It was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions. The six bedrooms and six bathrooms were perfect for our family. We would stay again.

Was a wonderful home for all our family, the home was so well stocked and clean for all our needs, adults and grandchildren. Everyone had a very special time. The kitchen was amazing and all 14 of us had plenty of room. Great home for travel with family and friends. We all have beautiful memories of staying here forever. The hosts are excellent, couldn't ask for anyone better.

The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with the utensils and appliances we needed. The kids loved the steam room! The location was perfect! We felt like we were staying in a treehouse! The hot tub was great after our long hikes! The lake itself is gorgeous! Would highly recommend this house for large families. Check in and out was very easy.

This property was perfect for our family reunion with 8 adults and 8 children. Everyone had a bed! The amenities were top notch, including the hot tub and both dry and wet steam showers. The movie room was perfect for watching the world cup games as well! Location was wonderful, nice to get away from the crowds at the beach. The only main downside is not having access to the private beach that the homes in incline village have access to. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Loved loved loved this house! Perfect for our sibling reunion of 10. Everyone had their own room & bathroom. The steam room & spa were huge hits. Many now plan to install a steam room in their homes. This house had comfy beds, plenty of hot water for baths/showers and stocked with everything you could possibly need. We also loved the hot water dispenser in the kitchen, 2 dishwashers, trash compactor, gas stove & huge refrigerator. The views from the large windows in the common areas were amazing. Ken and Nancy were awesome hosts. We will definitely rent again next time we’re in the area.

Kitchen had everything except a blender. We used extra amenities in the garage for the deck gender reveal and a birthday. It was memorable. Everyone was comfortable in their rooms/bathrooms. Plenty of space!! Loved the area lots of trees and nature! Family really enjoyed the jacuzzi and steam shower.
