The Master bedroom features a comfortable King bed with private balcony access and stunning Gulf views. The 1st Guest bedroom has a double bed and its own balcony with pool and bay views. The 2nd Guest bedroom includes a Full-over-Full bunk bed, ideal for kids or teens. Each bedroom has its own bathroom for added convenience. The wrap-around balcony is a guest favorite for morning coffee or evening drinks. Whether you're with family or friends, everyone will love this condo!
RESORT
⭐ Located in the Seascape community, Ariel Dunes condos offer beautiful views of both the Gulf and the Bay. Guests can enjoy access to 12,000 square feet of pools and 2,000 feet of beach. If you enjoy tennis, pickleball, or basketball, bring your gear! Golf is available for an additional fee. There's also a playground for the little ones to enjoy. For poolside dining and drinks, visit the on-site restaurant and bar, Cabana Cafe.
Ariel Dunes is located on the east end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, close to great dining and shopping options. Check out local favorites like Pompano Joe's for beachfront dining or visit the Silver Sands Premium Outlets for excellent shopping and dining. Destin Commons is also nearby, offering top-tier shopping, a movie theater, and local events.

GUEST ACCESS
⭐You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an "open/public network." The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. While the resort strives to provide a reliable connection, please note that Wi-Fi signal strength may vary, especially during peak season due to high demand in the area. If you require high-speed internet, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. Please remember to bring your streaming service passwords and log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ 2 parking passes are provided with your stay! These will be on the kitchen counter for you. You will receive a temporary parking pass at the guard gate upon arrival but please, replace this pass with the parking pass in the unit once you get settled. All motorized vehicles (including golf carts and motorcycles) must display a valid Seascape vehicle pass. Passes must include the unit number, arrival/departure dates, and vehicle license plate number. Please make sure your pass is filled out in its entirety to avoid receiving a ticket. The resort is very strict on this policy. If you need additional parking passes for your stay, please contact our office at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. There is a $15 fee for additional parking passes.
BEACH GEAR
⭐ Typically, you can find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas at our condo for your enjoyment. This is a leave-one, take-one set up so we can't guarantee what will be available upon arrival. Alternatively, feel free to bring your own beach gear to enjoy the stunning sugar sand beaches and emerald waters!
BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Complimentary Beach Service is not included, but rentals are available through La Dolce Vita. Their contact information will be provided in the Property Guidebook you'll receive after booking.
POOLS
⭐ Ariel Dunes I has 2 amazing pools! Pool bands and access cards will be left in the condo for you. The access card is used to gain entry to the fitness room. The property access cards and pool bands are not souvenirs so please make sure to leave them at check-out for the next guest. For everyones safety, please refrain from bringing alcohol or glass near the pool or hot tub, and avoid adding any items like bath salts or bath bombs to the pool. Be sure to review the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Enjoy the pool at your own risk, and please refer to the additional rules for more details.
SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
SMOKING: The Rules and Regulations Document reads;
⭐ Except as otherwise permitted by applicable law, smoking or vaping of any kind, including without limitation via cigarette, cigar, pipe, vaping pen, or other smoking or vaping device, shall be prohibited on unit balconies and in the common elements (lobby, stairwells, elevators, floor hallways & pool decks) with the exception of areas of the common elements specifically designated by the Board of Directors. The prohibition in this section shall include the smoking or vaping of tobacco, marijuana, or any other substance. Smoking in common areas or on unit balconies will result in a fine of $100.00 per violation. Designated smoking areas are located on the ground floor by the concrete benches, as well as at the concrete table facing the parking lot.
BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
