The Space:

*Ariel Dunes 1 is having a makeover starting September 2026- March 19, 2027. During this time period walkways and balconies will be refurbished. There will be scaffolding on property and construction noise.



This beautiful condo features a fully stocked kitchen ideal for preparing meals, a separate dining area, a comfortable living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests, and a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer. The primary suite offers a king-size bed, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower. The second spacious bedroom includes a queen-size bed and access to a large full bathroom. Enjoy relaxing on the private balcony.
