Excellent location and gorgeous property

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Communication was easy and instructions were clear. The lanai, pond and hot tub were the highlights. We spent most of our time on the lanai and just listened to the birds and watched the wildlife. We even saw an otter! We used the hot tub each night and one of our party really appreciated the available bikes. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Good place

This is a 4 star property with 5 star management. The house is roomy, and location is safe inside a neighborhood. The back porch and porch doors need a good cleaning and repair. Inside house was clean for sure, but queen bed was noisy and squeeky and probably needs replacing, and top bunk broke when my daughter got in it....simple fixes that would help escalate this to a higher rating. Ran out of paper towel, toilet paper and dish soap but we bought a bunch and left it there. No biggie, just details that are easy to fix.Instruction sheet was clear and descriptive, thanks for that! Safe, quiet, roomy. Good water pressure for showers, garage for rental car was great. We would rent again but would hope that these items would be reviewed and addressed.

Sunset Lake Villa - Needs Updates

A few things that were very noticeable are that the hot tub was not accessible and had not been maintained, the grill has not been cleaned by the previous guests, the ceiling surround in the kitchen is very dirty, and both toilet seats were not secure. My husband had to address the toilet seats so that nobody got hurt.The pictures are old, and need to be updated to reflect the worn condition. The furniture on the lanai needs to be replaced. The dryer vent in the garage was not installed properly, and again, my husband had to correct in order to use the dryer. Instructions left by the host were contradictory to emails received to put out trash / recycling. These also need to be updated to reflect all instructions needed during a stay.For the amount of money we spent for a week in February (Season), we feel very cheated by this property. It did not live up to our expectations, and we will not rent it again.

Great neighborhood and Amazing Hosts

We loved everything about the property from the location to the hot tub and sun porch to the very well equipped kitchen. This is a very comfortable house in a quiet residential area, close to good restaurants, parks, golf, downtown, and beaches. This Red Sox fan also appreciates that Jetblue park is less than an hour away.

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our stay in this home. Well located to areas of Naples we were interested in including downtown restaurants and the beach. Nice city park a few minutes away with walking trail around a lake. Communication with owner was excellent.

Very comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay very much! The home is nicely decorated and it is equipped with most of all anyone would need. We loved the screened in porch, although it could use a good cleaning and some screens are in need of repair. All in all we had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return🌞 The host Manuel is super responsive!

Clean & Comfortable

The home was just as advertised, comfortable and well-equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub, western views of the lake with lots of birds, good TV's and Wi-fi, and the convenient access to Old Naples. The bunk room is tight -- probably better for younger age kids. Home is in an older neighborhood, but it is well kept and seemed totally safe. Manuel was excellent to deal with and super responsive to questions and requests.

This property was exactly as listed. Great water view and screened in patio. House layout was great. Shops and beaches were minutes away.

NAPLES VACATION

So glad we stayed at this lovely home on our vacation to Naples. The home was exactly as advertised with many additional features for your enjoyment and comfort. Very close to downtown Naples and the beaches. Nice quiet and safe neighborhood. The lovely view of the lake was indeed a bonus as we saw many birds and even 2 beautiful Otters playing on the bank. Manuel was a great host and responded right away to any and all inquiries. We would definitely recommend this property and will hopefully be back soon.

Lovely getaway

Lovely home on lake. The lanai was wonderful to enjoy morning coffee and watch the birds and ducks. House was well appointed, clean and a great location for us to visit family in Naples. Would stay again

Great place !

We were two couples staying here and the house is great. It is exactly as portrayed in the pictures. It is so nice to sit on the back screened in porch and watch and hear the birdlife on the pond in the back. The house is in a nice neighbourhood about a 10 minute drive to the downtown. There is lots of room and the house is well equipped. Manuel was great to work with and he answered any questions we might have immediately. We really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone! Thanks Manuel!
