Great Stay

We had a great stay at this VRBO. Annick was a great host and the check in process was easy. It was a great location close to the metro which made it easy to get around Paris and it also had some very good restaurants right in the neiborhood. Also the flat was a tad loud at night, with some night life right below

Amazing location

Easy access to the metro in a great location that is a close walk to the Notre Dame. Only downside was that because this is a prime location, the night party scene will be heard all throughout the night. But definitely an even trade of all things considered, especially if you plan to be out late. It is worth noting that the rooms were well clean but there was a musty smell that lingered at times. Overall for the price you can’t beat the location. Our family of 6 had a great time!

Three nights in Paris

The apartment is really nice. Fantastic location. Host is great. There is an elevator. Bedrooms are comfortable. Very close to restaurants and coffee \ pastries in the morning. The Metro is right there too. Nice place.

Short stay in London

Nice spot in great location

A nice apartment which easily accommodated our group of three. The location was right next to a metro station so it was easy to get around. Overall, a great stay in Paris.

Great Location

Stayed for 4 nights in this spacious apartment in a great Paris Location of Place Sainte-Opportune metro and restaurants outside the door. Convenient for walking to major sites and tourist locations. Stairs inside the apartment were a bit tight and spiral but you can access the living space and bedrooms from different floors of the building.

Very nice location. Check in process was smooth. She even reserved our taxi for us on our return trip to CDG. Offered recommendations on places to eat.

Wonderful Say!

This was everything the listing said it was. Clean and comfortable apartment, great location, and a responsive and accommodating host. It was located so close to the Metro and many restaurants. A grocery store nearby and the Louvre a short walk away. Loved our time here!

Paris Stay

So close to the fun and vibrant 2nd arr neighbourhood, with a multitude of services and food options right outside your door. The apartment was spacious and bright and the bedrooms were quiet even though you are directly above restaurants. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Would stay here again.

Great location! Wonderful Host!

Annick was a wonderful host! We were arriving very late in the evening and she made sure someone met us at the flat to provide an easy check-in. The bedrooms were very quiet and it was easy to get a good nights sleep. The flat had many extras and was very comfortable. The location was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

4 nights in Paris

Large apartment. Was perfect for our adult family of 4. This location was in the middle of all the action, so if that is what you're looking for then this place is perfect. There is some noise from the local bars and restaurants but we used fans to help with that. Host was amazing and let us stay in the unit longer due to our late in the day flight.

Great location!

The location is wonderful and the apartment is quite spacious for Paris! Many reviews mentioned the noise but when the windows are closed you don’t hear it. Fans were provided which was great due to the extreme heat in Paris during our 9 day stay. There is no AC. I’d stay there again for sure!

Great location. fun area. noisy

We knew going into this rental that noise was going to be present, so we brought ear plugs and it was totally fine. Our biggest issue was getting help when there was an issue with the lock, Annick was able to get there to help as soon as she could, but it resulted in a few hours of wandering. The location is perfect, especially for younger people. The space is roomy and the beds comfortable. overall I do recommend staying here.

Lovely place and location

I stayed at this location for my long trip of 17 days in Paris. Friends stopped by to stay with me throughout this trip. Everyone loved this location as well as living space. The location is perfect to so many locations. We walked just about everywhere. Bedrooms were located below which was great if you wanted to go to bed early or sleep in. The upstairs space was great for sitting and planning our time. Outside noise was typical city noise, nothing to worry about if you like cities.

Great location and huge!

Really big for a Paris apartment. We also loved the location. Perfect for the metro. Clean. The bedrooms are super quiet at night, but the upstairs is loud because you are right in the middle of the action with restaurants etc. That makes the location fabulous, but noisy. Didn’t really bother us, but if you are noise sensitive and planning on sleeping in the upstairs living room area then be aware. However the downstairs bedrooms were quiet.

The apartment is wonderful

My 3 sisters stayed in this wonderful apartment. It is comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated. Annick is very helpful, but not intrusive. It’s location is convenient for many of the sites. We hope to return next year. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is that there is a jazz club and several out size restaurants right below the apartment and they seem to be open and loud until abou 5 am. 2 of us had sound machine and didn’t hear much but the other didn’t bring one and found it hard to sleep

Girls Trip

My five friend and I stayed here on the first leg of our girls trip. The check-in process was easy as I was met by the host’s friend upon arrival to let us in and show us around. There were 3 beds total, accommodating all of us. The rental was very clean. Only thing, as we already knew, was that the apartment was above a restaurant/bar. It doesn’t close until 5am in the morning so be aware it will be loud most of the night. However, the location was ideal being in the middle of a lively area. Everything was walking distance. I mean also, it’s Europe! So you make the most of it!

Great location, rustic feel, good facilities

We stayed at Annicks apartment on the opening weekend of the rugby world cup and had a great time. The apartment was in the heart of a busy area with shops, bars and a metro entrance just steps from the door, with direct connections from CDG via the RER B. We were checked in on time, despite the busy traffic in the area and directions to the property were clear. Annick was responsive to all my questions and we were pleasantly surprised with the facilities in the property. We were provided with fans for each bedroom space, which were essential as the noise from outside made opening windows at night less than ideal. It was plenty quiet with them shut, and I expect the temperature would be much more manageable when not during a heatwave! Would definitely stay here again if ever visiting Paris, the ease of getting around the city from the metro was fantastic, and walking just 15 mins from the apartment put you at Notre Dame, The Louvre and The Concorde. Thanks again!

Pari Flat

Although the flat was in a good location,but , you could not sleep . The noise below with bars and clubs was crazy. Would of liked to keep the windows opened , but the noise was so loud you could not sleep. this went on until 5:30 in the morning. The flat was not clean,dirty clothes stuffed under beds , went to make eggs, the pan was never cleaned. Not a good experience !

Perfect location

Plenty of shopping, bars, restaurants and nightclubs nearby. Metro steps away. Busses and taxis also very close. This makes all of Paris conveniently accessible and very walkable. Would have appreciated notebook detailing operation of TV, coffee pot, washer-dryer, even the shower hot-cold adjuster, trash deposit location, hallway light locations, nearby grocery stores, etc. Purchased tissues, new kitchen sponge, washcloth. Could also use a water pitcher, plastic dishpan and ice cube trays. For the expense I was expecting a little more. Steep,spiral staircase could prove treacherous. Description states sleeps 6. I would say no more than three unless you are a cuddler. A light sleeper would not do well with numerous popular bars directly below. Veronique was very responsive via WhatsApp.
