Great Stay

We had a great stay at this VRBO. Annick was a great host and the check in process was easy. It was a great location close to the metro which made it easy to get around Paris and it also had some very good restaurants right in the neiborhood. Also the flat was a tad loud at night, with some night life right below

Amazing location

Easy access to the metro in a great location that is a close walk to the Notre Dame. Only downside was that because this is a prime location, the night party scene will be heard all throughout the night. But definitely an even trade of all things considered, especially if you plan to be out late. It is worth noting that the rooms were well clean but there was a musty smell that lingered at times. Overall for the price you can’t beat the location. Our family of 6 had a great time!

Comfortable and convenient

We wanted to be in central Paris and this apartment served us well. We could walk to Notre Dame and other popular destinations. There were plenty of grocery stores nearby so we could stock up on essentials. The comfortable living room was a great gathering spot. The building does have an elevator. The washer/dryer worked well for us. Other guests have mentioned noise from the street below but our windows seemed to be very effective at sound proofing our rooms. Annick was a great host. She made sure we had everything we needed.

Séjour à Paris

Très beau duplex avec toutes les commodités. L’hôte a été facilement rejoignable. Bien situé pour visiter Paris. Prêt des bouches de métro. Le seul commentaire négatif c’est que le duplex est prêt des bars et bistros ce qui fait que cela est extrêmement bruyant du jeudi au samedi et ce très tard d au bas là nuit.

Three nights in Paris

The apartment is really nice. Fantastic location. Host is great. There is an elevator. Bedrooms are comfortable. Very close to restaurants and coffee \ pastries in the morning. The Metro is right there too. Nice place.

Nice spot in great location

A nice apartment which easily accommodated our group of three. The location was right next to a metro station so it was easy to get around. Overall, a great stay in Paris.

Great Location

Stayed for 4 nights in this spacious apartment in a great Paris Location of Place Sainte-Opportune metro and restaurants outside the door. Convenient for walking to major sites and tourist locations. Stairs inside the apartment were a bit tight and spiral but you can access the living space and bedrooms from different floors of the building.

Perfection in Paris

It is a beautiful 2 story apartment. The top floor is a kitchen and large living space with three couches. The kitchen has everything need to cook. There is a bathroom upstairs. Downstairs, there is a working washer/dryer combo. There is one toilet, but there are 2 showers and 2 sinks. Towels are provided. The location is great. It is right next to a metro station. There are many, many cafes right around the apartment. Security is good with a code for the door of the building. The host is wonderful and communicates immediately concerning any question or request. We had a wonderful stay!!!

Wonderful stay

This was my 6th time in Paris and about 10th time in Europe. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Very spacious apartment especially for Parisian standards. Easily accommodates 6 guest with 2 full baths and toilets. Very central location. 3 blocks from the Seine, 3-4 from the Louvre, half from Le Chatelet metro and 2-3 from Les Halles metro/ RER. Fun area on a small narrow pedestrian street surrounded by restaurants and shops including an excellent bakery. The host was easy to communicate with . She also had adequate command of English. Well functioning combo washer/dryer .

Wonderful Say!

This was everything the listing said it was. Clean and comfortable apartment, great location, and a responsive and accommodating host. It was located so close to the Metro and many restaurants. A grocery store nearby and the Louvre a short walk away. Loved our time here!

Perfect Paris Location

Location was excellent tho very noisy and busy. Apartment was adequate but problems with maintaining heat on lower level. Very unpleasant access if using stairs. Tarps on stairs made for poor access for those of us who chose to walk instead of using very small elevator. The host gets 5 stars for always responding and answering all questions. The apartment is very central but Jazz Clubs go till the wee hours of the morning. Perfect for a younger group. We are senior and so it was difficult for us. Paris was magnificent, of course and all we encountered were warm and friendly and helpful. 5 stars

Guaranteed Great Time in Paris

The location was amazing for a month long stay in the City of Lights. Close to many monuments, Metro stops, authentic Paris cuisine and night life. Felt like we were in the heart of Paris. Lots of room to spread out. Neat old building. Comfortable with some charm.

Idéal Au cœur de Paris

Excellent logement très bien situé pour visiter Paris, entouré de restaurants variés, pubs… au pied du métro. Quartier très animé et sympa. Les quais de la Seine, le quartier de l’île de la cité ne sont pas loin. Ni le célèbre restaurant « au pied de cochon » (réservez à l’avance). Nous avons combiné plaisirs parisiens à la raison première de notre déplacement : les quarts de finale de la coupe du monde de rugby. Si hélas les bleus ont perdu d’un point, aucun regret sur le choix du logement que nous recommandons vivement !

Great location, rustic feel, good facilities

We stayed at Annicks apartment on the opening weekend of the rugby world cup and had a great time. The apartment was in the heart of a busy area with shops, bars and a metro entrance just steps from the door, with direct connections from CDG via the RER B. We were checked in on time, despite the busy traffic in the area and directions to the property were clear. Annick was responsive to all my questions and we were pleasantly surprised with the facilities in the property. We were provided with fans for each bedroom space, which were essential as the noise from outside made opening windows at night less than ideal. It was plenty quiet with them shut, and I expect the temperature would be much more manageable when not during a heatwave! Would definitely stay here again if ever visiting Paris, the ease of getting around the city from the metro was fantastic, and walking just 15 mins from the apartment put you at Notre Dame, The Louvre and The Concorde. Thanks again!

Girls Trip

My five friend and I stayed here on the first leg of our girls trip. The check-in process was easy as I was met by the host’s friend upon arrival to let us in and show us around. There were 3 beds total, accommodating all of us. The rental was very clean. Only thing, as we already knew, was that the apartment was above a restaurant/bar. It doesn’t close until 5am in the morning so be aware it will be loud most of the night. However, the location was ideal being in the middle of a lively area. Everything was walking distance. I mean also, it’s Europe! So you make the most of it!

The Perfect Parisian Getaway!

My family of 4 loved our stay at the property. The flat was perfectly located in the city. Plus, we were steps away from jumping onto the metro/subway which we used daily to get around to the different tourist attractions (i.e. Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Catacombs, Eurostar for a trip into London, not to mention the local grocery stores- the Monoprix). We loved the main living room / kitchen area on the 3rd floor which gave us a great opportunity to all hang out as a group, and at night were able to retire to our separate quarters on the 2nd floor. There were tons of cafes in the neighborhood to hang out in, and popular stores to visit if you want to shop. We liked opening up all the big windows at the end of the day to relax and hear the noise from the locals at the cafes down below. When we were ready for bed you simply had to close the windows which eliminated almost all the noise entirely. The building elevator was also very helpful for transporting luggage and tired people. We never turned on the TV's in the apartment, but easily connected to the WIFI, and liked the convenience of doing laundry in the middle of our 10-day trip. We would highly recommend the flat, and would seriously consider renting it again should we vacation in Paris in the future.

Paris Stay

So close to the fun and vibrant 2nd arr neighbourhood, with a multitude of services and food options right outside your door. The apartment was spacious and bright and the bedrooms were quiet even though you are directly above restaurants. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Would stay here again.

4 nights in Paris

Large apartment. Was perfect for our adult family of 4. This location was in the middle of all the action, so if that is what you're looking for then this place is perfect. There is some noise from the local bars and restaurants but we used fans to help with that. Host was amazing and let us stay in the unit longer due to our late in the day flight.
