Our lovely home overlooks Lake Ada in Sanford, Florida. This lake is a hidden gem just 10 minutes drive to Sanford International Airport SFB. Cozy and comfortable setting, in the midst of all that Sanford has to offer.

This comfortable home updated laminate floors, a large master suite with private bathroom. This is a split bedroom plan with the master on the opposite side of the home as the other bedrooms for added privacy. There are two full bathrooms and a nice screened porch overlooking the lake.

There are two flat screen smart TV's in the home. One in the family room and one in the master bedroom. We have many local channels available via antenna along with Netflix and many other viewing options available through the smart TV. You are also welcome to watch movies that we keep on site.

There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The guys enjoyed fishing off the dock. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. We would stay again if ever in the area again.

We loved our stay here! The home was very comfortable and easy for my Mom (90) to get everywhere she wanted to be. We enjoyed morning coffee, evening cocktails and even caught a few fish from the shady, comfortable dock.The wildlife was cool too....we saw all kinds of critters. There were 2 cranes that loved to look at themselves in the sliding glass door. So funny and entertaining.

Fabulous home

Loved everything about the house and property. Beds were so comfortable as was the furniture. Kitchen was very well equipped. Would definitely recommend this place. The owner was very helpful and pleasant.

Cute house, very relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay while we were in town for a baseball tournament. It was very nice to unwind on the dock and screened in porch after a long day at the ballpark. The house was clean and very well stocked. Jay was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful

Perfect location that fits all our needs. Went to Sanford for a soccer tournament and was able to go back to the house to relax and even caught 2 fish! There were 7 of us and we had so much fun and plenty of room to spread out. Will go again if we are able.

Perfect Lake House Getaway

This was the most amazing stay. Blown away by this little home and lake. The owner was always within reach and did his best to help us with any question we had. We couldn’t have booked a better place honestly. The fishing off the dock was so much fun, the family each caught something and they were huge! Turtles were cute. House was clean and provided everything we could need. Will most definitely be back!

A Nice Escape

The Lake House provided a nice, quiet escape from the maddening crowds. I'm sure it's busier at other times of the year, but these days the entire neighborhood was very peaceful. The house is spacious and well-equipped. Jay was easy to reach and quick to respond. Would stay again.

Great move in weekend!

My family and I came to the area from South Florida to move my little brother into UCF. This location was awesome for just that! It was 28 minutes to campus but far enough away from the busy traffic! The lake is PHENOMENAL! There were so many beautiful bass, sunfish, turtles and we saw a bald eagle! Definitely coming back to this property when we come to visit! The property manager was great too! Quick to respond and super helpful!

Lake House with Amazing Dock and a Terrific House for our baseball tournament travels!

This was the perfect spot to stay for our baseball tournament weekend with our three boys. We cannot even explain how much we loved the dock and lake! The boys jumped and swam for hours, fished, and the nicest spot for dinner and hanging out in the shade of the boathouse with a breeze! The house was exactly as shown - clean, comfortable (seriously the best beds!), a well equipped kitchen made for easy cooking and the use of the BBQ on the screened porch was wonderful. The owners were so easy to communicate with and responsive when we had any questions before, during and after our stay. My family didn’t want to leave. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to town for groceries. Directions and check in were a breeze. Whether just for vacation, or for sports tournament stays, I would definitely recommend. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Outstanding Home and Location

This is a great property on a beautiful lake with easy access to all major toll roads and interstates. The dock is beautiful and I spent many hours there making memories with my sons fishing. It’s a wonderful home with sleep number beds in the master and 1 of the quest rooms. Jay is very attentive and easy to communicate with. It’s out second time staying in one of his places and I’m sure there will be more to come.

Christmas on the Lake

This home is exactly what we needed as we celebrated the holidays with my brother who lived nearby. The owners were great communicators, the house had everything we needed ( including plenty of dishes bowls etc as we ate at the house often). The boys fished a few days and had some luck the 2 nd day catching bass. It’s a 40 yr old house with new floors, paint, and shower heads, but everything worked well. The covered dock is beautiful. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of hot water for showers. Bring nightlights if you walk around at night, it’s pretty dark. We’d stay here again!

OMG.., awesome… host, house, location, neighborhood. Grandson wore the fishing out off the pier, fur baby was happy, husband enjoyed sleep number bed and big shower in master, quick drive to baseball field, food, and fun. Will definitely book again if back in the Sanford/Orlando area. Hats off to the Davidsons!

Graduation trip

The house is cozy and just as pictured. Checking in was great and the host was great. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. It was a close drive to everything. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely be back.

We are part time missionaries who have led medical and other mission teams all over the world; focusing for the last few years on the fight against the horrible crime of Human Trafficking. We work through our local church and Teresa has founded "Chains Interrupted" which works locally, nationally and world wide to increase awareness as well as real prevention, rehabilitation and even rescue.
We love to travel and have children in 5 states.

When we found this hidden gem on a private water ski lake (Jay is an avid skier), we knew it was the home for us. We like to be close to the Sanford Airport as we travel through there a lot.
We have a second home on this lake (VRBO #2054498) and a third home on the smaller lake in the same neighborhood (VRBO #2422057)
