Our lovely home overlooks Lake Ada in Sanford, Florida. This lake is a hidden gem just 10 minutes drive to Sanford International Airport SFB. Cozy and comfortable setting, in the midst of all that Sanford has to offer.

This comfortable home updated laminate floors, a large master suite with private bathroom. This is a split bedroom plan with the master on the opposite side of the home as the other bedrooms for added privacy. There are two full bathrooms and a nice screened porch overlooking the lake.

There are two flat screen smart TV's in the home. One in the family room and one in the master bedroom. We have many local channels available via antenna along with Netflix and many other viewing options available through the smart TV. You are also welcome to watch movies that we keep on site.

Weekend stay

convenient location

we were happy to have a house to go back to after long days on the field hockey field for a tournament. The owner was very accommodating to allow us to have an extended check out to come back and shower after we were on the field in the pouring down rain to take showers before our flight. The house was clean. I had a great view of the lake and bonus, we had cranes that visited every morning to say hello.nice stay!

Perfect Lake House Getaway

This was the most amazing stay. Blown away by this little home and lake. The owner was always within reach and did his best to help us with any question we had. We couldn’t have booked a better place honestly. The fishing off the dock was so much fun, the family each caught something and they were huge! Turtles were cute. House was clean and provided everything we could need. Will most definitely be back!

Great move in weekend!

My family and I came to the area from South Florida to move my little brother into UCF. This location was awesome for just that! It was 28 minutes to campus but far enough away from the busy traffic! The lake is PHENOMENAL! There were so many beautiful bass, sunfish, turtles and we saw a bald eagle! Definitely coming back to this property when we come to visit! The property manager was great too! Quick to respond and super helpful!

An absolute getaway!!

The property was secluded in an older/matured neighborhood, far enough from the hustle but close enough to be convenient. Located near convenience stores and shopping, it had a great layout and all the amenities we needed to accommodate our blended party. Then end of our trip brought us up to the internet outage which resulted in flight delays and cancellations, the owners were so very accommodating and extended our stay with no issues. We have found out new "spot" in the Orlando vicinity !!

Relaxing Getaway

The home is centrally located to everything you'll need, felt welcoming, and has a great view of Lake Ada. The dock is great to just sit and relax or go fishing. Neighbors are friendly and kind. We stayed 4 nights and already thinking about rebooking later in the year.

Wonderful Stay

Great location for us to stay and attend a wedding at Lake Mary Event Center that is 8 minutes away. Kid friendly and plenty of space for our family of 5. There is a playground one street over that was great for kids to get energy out.

Great house on the lake to relax

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jay's propery. The house was very clean and the amenities fit all of our needs. The house is located on a beautiful lake that is about an hour from Disneyworld and about 1 hour from the ocean. We took advantage of the location to enjoy both while still being able to relax. The neighbors are also very friendly and helpful. We were also able to watch 2 space launches from the backyard. Just a great time! Thanks so much for a great stay Jay!

Lake Mary Visit

A short trip to Lake Mary for a Graduation Party, we found this convenient VRBO close to both the Sanford airport and grad party. Easy arrival, nice lake view, and all the amenities we needed. Thanks for having us at your home!

Very peaceful

Beautiful lake view. Enjoyed sitting at the dining set on the dock or in the screened porch. Movies, books and more amusements available. Look through all unlocked closets and cabinets on arriving if your’re a planner like I am.

Peaceful

Perfect location that fits all our needs. Went to Sanford for a soccer tournament and was able to go back to the house to relax and even caught 2 fish! There were 7 of us and we had so much fun and plenty of room to spread out. Will go again if we are able.

Christmas on the Lake

This home is exactly what we needed as we celebrated the holidays with my brother who lived nearby. The owners were great communicators, the house had everything we needed ( including plenty of dishes bowls etc as we ate at the house often). The boys fished a few days and had some luck the 2 nd day catching bass. It’s a 40 yr old house with new floors, paint, and shower heads, but everything worked well. The covered dock is beautiful. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of hot water for showers. Bring nightlights if you walk around at night, it’s pretty dark. We’d stay here again!

We work through our local church and Teresa has founded "Chains Interrupted" which works locally, nationally and world wide to increase awareness as well as real prevention, rehabilitation and even rescue.
We love to travel and have children in 5 states.

When we found this hidden gem on a private water ski lake (Jay is an avid skier), we knew it was the home for us. We like to be close to the Sanford Airport as we travel through there a lot.
We have a second home on this lake (VRBO #2054498) and a third home on the smaller lake in the same neighborhood (VRBO #2422057)
