This home does not feel like a rental. It feels like you’re visiting your best friend. Very comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, all your bathroom needs and laundry needs. The side porch and patio gives a few options for being outside. Walkable to all Sanford has to offer. We have stayed before and will continue to come back.

Originally from New England, we have lived, worked, and volunteered in Sanford for the past 30 years. We love the oasis that Sanford's historic district and downtown are. We are happy to share our knowledge of the area with you, and if you need help, we live nearby.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Close to I-4, Auto Train, Sanford Airport, beach, and river for fishing. Sanford is a unique little town with lots of events and restaurants, and it is close to everything. Historic properties, their character, and preservation are important to us.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Walk or bike to downtown restaurants and events, river walk and shops. Not a complicated, overkill property. Simple, clean, comfy with everything you need.
