5-Star Spacious Modern Beachfront Home w/ Stunning Views! Step out to the Beach!

Amazing beachfront location right on the sand of Hollywood beach. Enjoy famous Florida views from the comfort of the home's giant windows and balconies on both floors. All restaurants, parks, museums, etc. within walking distance. Visit the hip circle and lively downtown Hollywood where all the nightlife begins. This single family home has no home owner's association and is kid friendly. All shopping is within few miles. Many extras included in your stay, including provided adult and kids bicycles you can use to cruise down the boardwalk. This home mixes the lavish beach front views with exciting night life and excursions. This home has hurricane proof windows and doors and was was designed in 2022 with the most modern furniture, finishes, and appliances to be very high end. The countertops are quartz and all the appliances are black stainless with a separate wine cooler. Each bedroom has large flat screen tv's and custom built in closets with comfortable quality mattresses. There are laundry machines on the 2nd and 3rd floor for convenience making it close to the bedrooms on each level. This property is on the 2nd and 3rd floor level with private access from the 1st floor door facing the beach. This home has 4 bedrooms all with queen size beds and 3 1/2 bathrooms completely remodeled. There is seating for meals at the kitchen island with 4 bar stools for 4 people at a time and not a formal dining room. There is also a first floor studio unit with its own private access from the parking lot side for 2 people which is rented separately at different times throughout the year. The 1st floor unit for 2 people is approximately 200-400 per night depending on the time of the year. Only the front patio is shared with the 1st floor unit if the 1st floor unit happens to be rented at the same time.

**Apologies for the mention of "POOL" under popular amenities, it is a technical glitch and is being fixed currently! There is no pool in the property!**

The location is amazing, and the house is beautifully laid out. It’s close to everything you could need, and the boardwalk nearby was a great bonus, especially with the bikes included. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

The house was great, but if you plan on cooking meals you will be disappointed. They do not have even a basic kitchen set up. We went to Goodwill, the home store, and purchased a lot of disposable tin pans and even so every meal every day was a struggle. Also the 4th bedroom is nothing but a old couch with a terrible mattress so we had to buy a mattress topper. The host was unresponsive and defensive. If you have more than 1 car Parking is a big issue.

Worst guest we ever had. Guest was almost removed with police for breaking multiple house rules. Guest was nasty, rude, and self entitled. Guest did not read any of the house rules before or after their booking. Guest refused to respond to any messages. This guest had the nerve to show up one day before their booking and ask an existing guest for the code to our garage to load up with their party items without authorization. This false review from this guest is retaliation for their own fault of not reading or following rules before and after placing their booking. Our history of multiple reviews show that we offer everything needed for our guests, offer an excellent home, offer and excellent location, and that we have a great response time. We provide many amenities for our guests and everything in our listing is accurate.

Everything went well. Host was responsive and accommodating. Only thing to note is that the stairs are a little steep and can be slippery.

Thank you for your stay and we hope to have you in the future. We strive to give each guest the best experience at one of our best beaches in South Florida. Thank you for bringing this to our attention in regard to the stairway. In order to maintain safety, the finishes of the home were designed with a matte finish tile on the top part where you step in order to not be slippery and all stairways also have a sturdy stair railing to hold on to. The stairs that were built with this home were built according to the code at the time of when the home was built and unfortunately the home layout does not allow for any different configuration or ratio change of the stairways. Again, we appreciate your note, and we always recommend using caution when using the stairways.

The host provided detailed check in information and was quick to respond to messages. The house is beautiful and in a prime location with direct access to Hollywood beach. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

The interior was amazing.. very high end and clean lines. Was very impressed with house, location, and amenities. Would of like maybe a basket of snacks or coffee to compliment the level and price of this property. Maybe a few more towels.. it sleeps 8 we only had 4 people so each person had 2 towels for 4 days. Overall a great property and highly recommend staying there.

Hello and thank you for your stay. Due to liability issues with open coffee grains or expiration of food or issues with supplying any food, we do not supply any food. Our amenities are listed on our listing which do not include any food. This unit has two washers and two dryers for your towels if you need to wash or dry them but we do not over supply the home with towels as it becomes encumbersome and impossible to clean an excess amount of towels in time for the next check-in between the checkout and check-in hours.

There were some dead cockroaches in kitchen. One of the 4 beds was a sofa bed and not particularly comfortable. Prompt checkout at 10 am is a bit rushed. Although the beach was just facing us, high winds and abundance of sea weed, made it unfortunately not as desirable. All in all good stay but not 5 stars.

We thank you for your recent stay at our beautiful Hollywood Oceanfront rental. We truly take pride in offering one of the best oceanfront properties that has been fully remodeled with the latest finishes. We strive to give the best guest experience possible at all times. In response to this review is as follows. This property is located in South Florida where there is always different bugs depending on the season and therefore this particular property has a yearly pest control company that takes care of any and all pests. If there are ever any dead bugs found in-between cleanings, that would be the result from periodic treatments to ensure no live bugs ever exist inside the property. All of the beds advertised are accurate in size and style. This house was designed with a 3rd floor middle bedroom (4th bedroom) for kids to have their own couch that can be converted to a bed with a memory foam mattress for the purpose to be a 2nd living room while adults have the main living room on the 2nd floor. This is a spare bonus room in addition to the 3 other bedrooms which are the main adult bedrooms that have permanent queen beds and amazing views. This home also has 2 master bedrooms with their own private bathroom. Check-out time is 10am as advertised. During busy season of when this particular guest stayed, we cannot accommodate requests of later or earlier times as the property must be ready in time for the next guest to arrive. This guest requested a later checkout which was not granted due to the turnaround time required during busy season. If the guest felt rushed it was not communicated properly from the guest to the host. As always, when traveling outside of your area, we always recommend for guests to check the weather and local beaches prior to placing bookings online as rental home hosts do not control these factors and Florida weather constantly changes.

The living room features a fire place, surround sound, balcony views, and power reclining couches. Each bathroom is very roomy with extra large showers that feature rain heads and hand held sprayers. This home has a very large water heater that will accommodate multiple showers at one time with very strong water pressure. Bedroom, living, and kitchen lighting is on dimmers for comfortability.
