Great spot on the creek for a good value. Interior space is small, but efficiently layed out. Outdoor space is great. Extremely well appointed with yard games, fishing gear, nets and crab traps. Has the feel of an old school Sargent fish camp with modern emenities. Check in was very easy. Located 7 minutes from the Dollar General. Highly recommended.

Quiet Cozy

Great property and great location. Perfect for a couple's getaway, but it has room for a few more if needed. TopWater did a great job giving us a heads-up about an issue with the neighboring property that didn't affect our stay at all; it just might have caused a "what is going on here" moment. Easy check-in and check-out. No issues during our stay.

We had a good overall stay and really appreciated the host’s flexibility in allowing us to check in early! They were also responsive when we had a couple of issues with the TVs, which we were thankful for. The house structure felt less stable than expected, with noticeable shaking when walking around. The listing photos didn’t fully reflect the property’s current condition, so a little more transparency would have been helpful. It was still a decent place to stay. I wished the sheets were softer though. We didn’t have much luck with the fishing, but we appreciate the host’s hospitality and willingness to help during our stay!

Great vacation rental! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Loved that we could take our large dogs on vacation with us. The only issue we had was that the dock next door was broken and down in the water, it made fishing a little difficult but we manage to work around it. Caught several channel cats, a crab, and my son caught a gar! Many memories made and we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect anniversary get-away

We love visiting Sargent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dock Holiday! The house was perfect for my husband and me. It was comfy, decorated nicely, and it had everything we needed during our time there. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. We had so much fun fishing from the dock catching red fish, drum, sheepshead, flounder, croaker, catfish, Mangrove snapper, and speckled trout. This is the 2nd house we've rented through TopWater and both were amazing! We will definitely rent from Kandas and her team again.

The property is a great location and would be fun if your brought bikes or kayaks. Fishing was fun and we caught some decent fish. Underneath area of the house was a bonus. The swings are in disrepair unfortunately. The house was well stocked with most everything you'd need. Nice shower and comfy beds. The living room gets a little stuffy but there is a fan you can use and it helped alot. The seating in the living area are not very comfortable and aren't for sitting through a movie. Bunk room was perfect. We will def be back.

Great house and an even better experience!

The house was very clean and was super homie. We enjoyed the fishing dock! All was explained as is. Kandas was also super sweet and very helpful. We will defiantly be booking through them again !

Lovely Cottage

We had a nice stay. The house was clean and the location was very enjoyable. Very nice pier and green light for night fishing.

Peaceful place

Property is beautiful, with a dock to fish off. Home is really nice. Has all you need. Plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy the scenery.

Nice spacious home. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Wish we had caught more fish. Would definitely come back. Suggestion would be to provide chairs on the fishing deck.

Had good stay. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood and property under big oak trees. Good location to fish, could be great. Needs adequate lights. Was one green light and appeared use to be more but not any more. Add some better lights and a few more rod holders and would be great.

Nice fish camp

Had a great time, house is perfect for what we were there for! I would suggest an ac for the living/kitchen area as it gets stuffy in there.

We Absolutely Loved It!

Our family loved this home. Everything was perfect. The mosquitoes were horrible but other than that, we enjoyed everything including the lovely neighbors. Will definitely be booking this one again.

A Beach/Fishing Vacay

The house was clean, quiet neighborhood and a short drive to the beach. We caught a variety of fish/blue crab and had no mosquitoes, despite other’s experience, but we were ready. Overall a good trip and would come back again.

Great little place!

Everything was clean and orderly. The only thing that would have made it better was that the crab traps were broken and I had planned on having a crab boil. Other than that, it was a great little place to stay and relax!

Fishing on Caney

It is a quiet, restful and has almost everthing you need. My husband and daughter enjoyed fishing off of the covered pier and I enjoyed reading under the large tree in the swing. while the dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard.
