Beach fest is a beautiful property on the Intracoastal Waterway overlooking the Gulf of Mexico featuring three bedrooms and two full baths. (1 king, 1 queen, and 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds) Comfortably sleeps 8, with sofas could accommodate 10. Fully stocked kitchen boasts ample space and culinary utensils to prepare your catch of the day meals!! Bring your boat, your fishing gear, your family and friends to this amazing Sargent coastal front property. Easy access to public boat ramp across the Intracoastal. Relax and enjoy the breathtaking porch view. Large partially shaded deck is great for sipping coffee in the morning and enjoying the sunrise or eating dinner and taking in a stunning sunset. Property is complete with your own private pier and 1000 watt green fishing lights!

We really enjoyed our stay. 4 adults, 4 kids and 2 small dogs, all with plenty of room. The property was well kept, very clean and plenty of essentials were stocked. The location was very quiet and peaceful and the kids especially enjoyed the hot tub! Everyone had a great time fishing from the pier and access to the boat launch and beach were easy to get to.. The host was extrremely responsive and accomodating. We couldn't have asked for anything more and will definitely be back!

This place is amazing! Very comfortable, beautiful home. Pier was great for fishing right there at the house and loading and unloading the boat. Beautiful beach view and intracoastal view from the upper and lower patios. Very peaceful watching the barges float by. Host is super responsive. Hot tub was very nice and outdoor shower was a bonus. All around great place! Would love to stay again!

Place was great. The only problem we had was that the internet was down the two days we were there. So if you don’t need internet/wifi. You should be good. I’m sure it was a problem with the provider not the host.

My sons and I had a great time. The pier lighting and location on the ICW are prime for fishing. There are also a lot of small canals around the area that produce good fishing as well.

WE HAD THE BEST TIME!! This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back. Everything was beyond perfect. I can't say enough great things about this place. We are looking at coming back for our third time in the summer 3

Everything was great Easy to get around the house even with a wheelchair Countertop a little high for wheelchair but it was a great stay
