We are right in the heart of Prince Edward County, it doesn't get any sweeter than this!!!
115' feet of waterfront. The Sand Dunes are your view every day. Comfortable conversation area which is open to the fully equipped kitchen. Couples only please (retired/seniors), no children! Master bedroom has1 queen bed, 2nd smaller bedroom is also 1 queen. Bathroom is 3 piece with a corner walk in shower. The Jet ski/pontoon business in the cove offers you the use of their kayaks and paddle boards for free PLUS 1 free pontoon cruise during your weeks stay....reservation required. Just return them as soon as you are finished.

There are over 50 wineries in the County so please take a tour and learn about wine making, you can buy and taste wine on the tour as well. Picton is the main spot for groceries, LCBO, boutiques, highly recommended restaurants, arts & crafts by local artisans.

The Sweet Retreat cottage is our private and personal home in the Fall to Spring so we ask that renters be responsible, respectful and tidy while in our home. The conversation area has a new paint job, and new couches (they are not pull out so therefore no sleeping allowed on the couches).
We are firm about *4* being the maximum number of people occupying the cottage at any time and "adults only please"......we are licenced with the County of Prince Edward and they set the maximum number of people so we are not allowed to go over.

Our preference for renters is matured couples, seniors, retired folks who would be respectful of our property.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED IS 50% TO HOLD YOUR WEEK
BALANCE IS TO BE PAID IN FULL 3 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE
