Full-service staff -- including chef and housekeepers -- will ensure you hardly ever lift a finger. Whether it’s relaxing in a garden hammock or nature-watching as you sit on the pool deck, this place will recharge your soul.

The property consists of a main villa (2960 sf) and a sister cottage (255 sf) that together sleeps 8.

Your stay includes the use of kayaks, snorkel gear, beach shoes, pool noodles.

Our friendly staff will make you feel right at home. Tailored meals and every need taken care of.

Please note that the chef is included but groceries are not. You can either purchase your own groceries and instruct the chef on how to prepare, or you instruct the chef what to cook, she can shop on your behalf and you reimburse her. For either option, you may speak directly with the chef after booking.

If you stay at this property be aware that it is remote. Also you need cash to pay for the groceries and the taxis. It's about 100.00 for a trip to Negril to go to an ATM.

Jamaican Paradise

The house is beautiful! Very stylish, clean and contemporary! The view is absolutely spectacular! The house had everything that we needed and more. Nordia and the rest of the staff were amazing. They took such good care of us from the moment we arrived to the moment we waved goodbye. The owner was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely go back.

Girlfriends getaway

Our group of eight ladies aged 58-61 travelled to Jamaica for a much needed vacation. The Villa exceeded our expectations. The host assured us of our safety concerns prior to arriving. The Villa is maintained as a five star resort and the staff is truly what u would expect at a five star resort. We will be returning for sure. This property is simply amazing!!

Great time

beautiful property, but the 5-day stay wasn't enough, I celebrated my wife's 50th birthday, and my wife was impressed with the property, and did not want to leave. The staff was excellent, and the food was great, Special shout out to Nardia the chef, and the danger-preventer Ray took my wife out with the Kayak. Great time!! I would love to return.

Getaway For Two

We had to come to Jamaica for a wedding we were in at a resort in nearby Lucea. We decided to come a few days earlier and wanted to find something beautiful, private and romantic. We found Sparkling Waters and I’m so glad we did! The house is spectacular, unmatched views and all the amenities and updates you’d expect at a luxury property. The staff is great! Nardia the chef makes great food and amazing frozen drinks. She arranged our transportation with a local taxi company but had the same driver the entire time. He waited outside in the parking lot the entire time in case we wanted to go, he kept us safe and was incredibly kind. The laundress kept our clothes washed without asking just folded in the room at the end of the day. The house was always clean. Ray is the lifeguard and activity director. Massages were arranged on our balcony. We went kayaking, snorkeling and to find lobsters for dinner which Nardia prepared to perfection. We had an amazing time We will be back with the family, can’t wait to bring the kiddos next time at least for a few of the days ;).

Perfect in every way

Sparkling Waters of Hanover was the perfect house for our vacation. Stunning views, glorious sunsets, multiple spaces to relax, awesome pool and hot tub, kind and attentive staff … it’s hard to imagine a better place to spend a week away. Our group found the house layout to be ideal for our needs. With three children (ages 7 and 9) along, the bunkbed room was great. We also made use of the guest cottage and extra room next to the main living space. Everyone was comfortable. (The guest cottage bed is fairly small. Not a big deal, just be aware.) We loved the outdoor dining space and the large indoor living space as well. We made use of everything from the garden swing to the mosquito nets to the large-screen TV. It’s a beautiful, modern house kept crystal clean and safe by staff and security. We fell into an easy rhythm each day, enjoying the pool and hot tub in the morning, the private beach in the afternoon, the pool deck under the stars in the evening. We played games and did puzzles and read books on the hammocks. The pool is amazing and we found ourselves standing at the side for long stretches just to watch the incredible waves. Such a clever idea to cut a channel through the rock and create a quiet beach. Lots of snorkeling practice and shell collecting. The kids loved making daily schedules and included activities like “look at horizon” and “lie in the sun” and “go kayaking with Ray.” We were happy to stay at the house the whole time! Nardia made our meals with love. We so enjoyed getting to know her and the rest of the staff. She exchanged several recipes with us too! Ray brought out a world map and we talked about Jamaica and its neighboring countries. He took us out in sea kayaks to explore the shore and nearby cove. He’s easy to talk to and earned a kind of star status with the kids. The entire staff made very clear they would help us with anything we needed. It felt luxurious! If we ever go back to Jamaica, we’re staying here again. Loved our week at Sparkling Waters!

Great Villa… but not enough to do

The staff was great and the house was very nice. The problem is that for an active family, there’s not enough to do. I also must note that it didn’t feel really safe but I was with my wife and children. Certainly wouldn’t feel comfortable with them leaving without me or a local

Simply the best!

The villa exceeded any and all expectations! Gorgeous property, amazing views and top notch /5-star service. We were pampered from the moment we arrived and made to feel like family, no request was too big. Nardia and her entire team took the utmost care of our little group! My toddler RAN to get his bib and sat at the table, as soon as he saw Nardia each morning (her food is THAT good!). Activities, tours, transportation... all taken care of seamlessly and with warm smiles. This will be the first of many visits!

When your here your Family

We visited the property for a 5 day vacation made up of a party of 3 couples. We had the most amazing time. From the communication with Renee in booking the property (answering all of my questions) to Nardia the chef and house manager who cooked the most amazing meals and Ray, Shabba and Denise everything was perfect. We were planning our next trip while we were there because we felt like we were visiting family (in a good way) with how warm and accommodating every single person was to us. Book Today!

A-Amazing, B-Beautiful, C-Clean

This is a modern and clean Villa w/an exceptional, friendly, attentive and warm staff. The chef Nordia had great communication w/me as I wanted to have a b-day party, she had someone to do decorations and the food was sooooo good. I ordered a cake from Cake by Damaine to have delivered. The group felt very safe as they have security and on-site personnel who we got to know. This place runs well because of the good people on staff, so if you don’t show them love (tip) you are just being plain Cheap. After staying here it feels like I’ve left family. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I travel to Jamaica. They have snorkeling and kayaking on site which I had never consider doing until meeting Mr. Ray who clearly loves his job. Thanks to all the staff who help make our bday celebration very special.

The most beautiful place ever!

My words won’t even come close enough-when I say this is the most beautiful place ever! The people are more than staff, they ended up being like family. They treated us like family. Nardia needs her own cooking show as she cooks with love and passion. Breakfast, lunch & dinner. Nardia made us a special romantic dinner as well. Denise made sure everything was spotless and disinfected everyday. Maggie washed our clothes and made them smell so clean and fresh so we didn’t return home with dirty laundry. Shabba made sure to show us around and chopped his home grown sugar cane for us to have as a treat. All his plants, banana trees, almond trees, grape trees and many more are taken care of to perfection! Ray was our lifeguard and ocean specialist! Ray was always alert keeping an eye out for our safety especially for the kiddos. Ray taught us so much about snorkeling and kayaking. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer than three nights. We miss this good hearted people and the luxury Sparkling Waters Villa- thank you for everything! The Medina Family.

Amazing experience - our own private resort

Wow - we had a wonderful time. The house is just beautiful. The property is stunning and private - a true paradise. There was plenty of room for everyone and we felt pampered and safe the entire stay. Everything far exceeded our expectations, especially the staff. They were all amazing and just wanted to do everything to make sure our time there was as enjoyable as possible. We became friends with the staff and it was hard to leave. We will definitely be back!!

Incredible Villa

Our trip to Jamaica was incredible, thanks to the staff! We did not want for a single thing our entire trip. The food prepared by the chef was outstanding. The laundry and housekeeping service was top notch. When we return to Jamaica we will only be staying here. We are now family ❤️.

Home away from home in paradise

The property is absolutely stunning situated in a calm part of the tourist corridor close to Negril. The property is well staffed and took great care of us during our 8 day stay. Chef Nordia prepared amazing Jamaican dishes while the rest of the crew cleaned and maintained the property to covid standards. The infinity pool, the cove with the beach, the ability to snorkel and kayak at will, the small little garden with hammocks were absolutely wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our covid getaway stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury living in Jamaica.

Paradise and Freedom

Heaven on earth! Sparkling Waters of Hanover is such a beautiful place. The home, the view, the sound of the waves, the cleanliness and the way the staff takes care of the guests and property is unbelievable. The best food we ate in Jamaica was cooked by Sparkling Waters of Hanovers Chef!! It’s a great place for snorkeling. We saw starfish, found big sea shells, colorful fish, plants and the sea floor was amazing to explore. We did not worry about Covid 19 here. The staff is constantly cleaning and Jamaica as a whole is handling Covid better than the USA by far!!!!! Thank you for a great time. We can’t wait to come back!

Sparkling Waters in PARADISE!

I has an AMAZING time at this villa. Book it. You will not regret it. The space was immaculate, the staff was WONDERFUL. The views from each room are breathtaking and the Chef Nordia cooked authentic meals and catered to everyone as much as possible. Shabba was a big help and always available for anything we needed. General accompanied us on a kayaking excursion. All of the security officers were professional and courteous. The housekeepers Stacy and Denise kept our rooms tidy and our driver was punctual for our complimentary airport transfer. I can’t say enough how amazing our stay was!!!!

Luxurious Jamaican Villa with Private Beach, Incredible Infinity Pool, Views, and Personal Chef!

We were the first guests to stay at the main villa at Sparkling Waters of Hanover. The villa is absolute luxury and the design and view are stunning. Everything is high end at this villa from the extremely comfortable restoration hardware patio furniture where we spent most of our time to kitchen aid appliances to the high end hotel mattresses and pottery barn towels. The infinity pool with attached hot tub was certainly a highlight. It is large enough to swim laps and the views of the ocean and cliffs are impeccable. The staff (chef, two house keepers, a grounds keeper, and a water sports specialist) were available on-site for nearly 12-15 hours every day to provide anything we needed. The food was incredible, and they were able to customize the menu for our vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. We also like to eat healthy, but the chef had no problem working with us to draft a breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu that met all of our needs. She will accommodate in any way possible as long as the ingredients are available locally and you communicate with her before the meal. She was also flexible in serving us each meal at any time we desired. The outdoor dining table seats 8-10. It was fun eating dinner while watching the sunset every night, since the villa faces West. They have ample kayaking and snorkeling gear and water shoes on site. The WiFi was not super strong but decent. The integrated indoor/outdoor speakers are great. Make sure you ask for expedited customs prior to arrival, which they can arrange for you for $10 per adult instead of $50 per adult through Club MoBay. Alcohol is cheapest to buy at duty free when you arrive. It is probably 50-100% more expensive locally at the grocery store. The grocery selections were limited and expensive, since it is an island and nearly everything is imported. The atmosphere at the villa is serenely relaxing and you feel secluded. We only left the villa to go to Rick's cafe and scuba diving. We were 4 couples in total, which was perfect for the 3 bedrooms with AC in the main villa plus the cottage. They were able to convert the bedroom with bunk beds into one larger bed by pushing two beds together. They were still putting the finishing touches from a construction standpoint, and we can only imagine how lovely this place will be once everything is 100% finished. Thank you to Renee and Sheldon for everything. This was one of our best vacations ever, and we have never had more responsive, attentive hosts!
