Beautiful A Frame Cottage located right on the ATV Trail-short walk to the Lake!

Our cottage comes with all the amenities of home!!! Just bring your food, beverages, bath towels, and toiletries and you are all set! One bedroom downstairs is a Queen size bed. We also have a loft that will sleep 4 - Sleeps 6 total.
Wi-Fi, Charcoal grill, deck out front with a private patio in the back. Lots of wildlife like to come and visit!! Plenty of parking for your vehicles and trailers. Pets Welcome!! ** 2 night minimum**

The perfect northwoods getaway for our family! Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Wonderful neighborhood with perfect access to atv trails. Short walk to the playground, beach and lake arbutus that the kids loved!

Great location right off the trail. Driveway was plenty long to accommodate our trailer. Public beach nearby was really nice for kids,too.

Another great stay

We love staying at the A-frame. The house and location are perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host is great and easy to work with. The neighbors are great as well. We look forward to returning again soon.

Relaxing Getaway

We wanted a place to relax and celebrate our son’s college graduation in a calm atmosphere, and this was perfect. Very dog friendly neighborhood too.

Charming AFrame

Really enjoyed 3 gorgeous Autumn days at this property. Well maintained, comfortable and clean we enjoyed easy trail access, bodires in back yard and peceful evenings. Property owner was very accomodating of our requests. Would definitely stay again.

The property was clean and charming! Also, surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The local critters were a joy to see too. Very nice and comfortable place!

Perfect cottage!

We had a fantastic 4 night stay. So many fun things to do very nearby. Watching the atv's drive by was so fun. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Relaxing Getaway

My husband and I decided to get away for a few days and this was the perfect spot. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean. Everything was exactly as presented by the property manager. We enjoyed our stay.

Best Honeymoon

We loved our stay here. It was quiet and relaxing. The wildlife came to say hello and that was spectacular. We enjoyed our time here immensely

Great place

This was a nice clean place with all the things needed for a good stay! The one thing that would be a nice add is that most places also offer some bathing towels and we only found hand towels, but other than that this place was fantastic!

UTV Weekend

This was our first time staying at the Clemins Cottage and everything was just as advertised. Cottage was clean and well stocked with everything needed. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Yvonne!

It was a great place to stay and rent Atvs down the street! We had a lot of fun just beware the ticks are super super bad this year.
