I spent 2 weeks back in October 2017.Everything was super.Now they need to upgrade the extremely old furniture,matresses are horrible and unconfortable,master bedroom without good illumination.Bring your own soap.Kitchen was OK and well equipped.Location is great! emloyees very good.Great parking.

Nice if not for unpleasant odors

Beautiful condo and nicely situated. Unfortunately, as soon as you open the door, the mildew smell is overpowering and the bedrooms are the worst. The mattress in the queen room had a strong smell of urine and it was impossible to get a full night’s sleep.I don’t normally write bad reviews but these are easy fixes that can make the condo really good.

It was a GREAT value and location to our visit. The convention was taking place less than a mile from where we were and there was easy shopping and restaurants nearby. All good. Would stay here again!

Roomy condo near everything!

This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our stay while doing the Disney parks. It was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the pool and pond. This condo is an exceptional value!

Perfect place to stay.

Only minutes away from all the Disney Properties and Sea World. The condo was just as described in the Home Away App. So much room everyone had their own space. Clean and inviting. Check in and check out was a breeze. We will stay in this property again!

Great stay near Disney Parks

Property was as described and in a quiet location but a short drive to the Disney parks. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room. Parking was convenient. Couple of minor maintenance issues (missing light bulbs, and I fixed a leaking toilet), but no big impacts. Great stay — would stay again.

I’ve actually stayed at this property before it was owned by the current owners, same unit! It was comfortable and had a lot of room. Close to Disney. It could use with some updates and a little too though.

Had a great time!

The only suggestion I have is the main TV does not have a clear picture. I believe the people above may have been renovating during our stay. we enjoyed our stay.

Spacious. Good location. We had an issue with shower drains, it was fixed first thing on the next business day. Didn’t feel the need to use the pools, had too much to do. Really enjoyed the screened in porch.

Fantastic Location

Fantastic location close market, restaurants , outlet mall and Disney World. Veery quiet lots of parking. Cons: unable to use resorts amenities, 1 roll toilet paper, no hair dry, no shampoo or body wash. We had no wash cloths. If you need a great location to stay this a great place. If you want a little more like use of pool and amenities book with World Quest reports for the same price

Long weekend getaway

This rental was very good, the location was quiet and convenient, the property was secure and well maintained, the rooms were comfortable and spacious and the view from the screened in porch was excellent, it was a great place to relax. We would rent this property in the future. One item to note, pool access is not included, accommodations only. Thank you.

I would like to see washcloths, not just towels. Also, more toilet paper. If you sent out a list of extra things that were needed, I missed it, or send out a list of things the guest needs to purchase when they arrive.

Great Stay at Worldquest!

We rented a 3 BR/Bath unit from Jeremy in the U.K. for our grandparent, parents, grandchildren reunion. All adults, and all appreciated having their own bathrooms. Unit was very clean and spacious, with a nice kitchen and dining area, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and we used all of those...good savings on feeding six people with groceries from Publix (about 2 miles away). Pool area is expansive, and views were great off the screened lanai. Like everyone, I was skeptical about booking a place sight unseen online, with the owner living abroad, but it worked out great...no problems, and I would return without hesitation.

It was adequate for our weekend.

I may have been under a different impression, but I thought these types of rentals had a starter paper towel, dish soap, and toilet paper. While the unit was pretty clean and had a great view, there was about 2/3 of a roll of toilet paper in 1 bathroom and 1 roll in the other bathroom for 4 guests staying 3 nights. There was also no garbage bags, paper towels, or dish soap. For the weekend, it was fine but I suppose I was expecting more starter items, or at least garbage bags in the trash cans. Overall, moderately satisfied. We would still stay again, all things considered.

Dirty

Unfortunately this was not a pleasant experience. The place was left dirty and with no supplies to do our own cleaning. Food left in the microwave, stained toilets, dirty walls, and hair from previous tenants in many places. After communicating each issue with the property management company and owner they came out to clean again, but none of the areas listed were even fixed. After second cleaning there was still food in the microwave and dirty toilets! No dish soap or hand soap, and a used roll of toilet paper. I would not count that as start-up supplies as in the listing.

Surprised, and not in a good way!

When we booked the property we assumed we were getting the one that we saw in the pictures, but it was far from it. The paint was chipped, the furniture was worn and had holes in it, we wouldn't even sit on it until we put a sheet down, the burners were not even attached to the stove, we found a broken cup in the corner of the kitchen, the refrigerator had rust on it, along with the closet next to it, our bedroom had black stuff up at towards the ceiling, hoping it wasn't black mold, and the blinds hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, the table on the patio had chipped paint all over the top of it, etc. It was definitely not what we expected. Every other rental we have rented with other people we have gotten exactly what they pictured. I think to picture this nice place and then rent out one that needs a fair amount of work is poor practice on their part and very deceptive. The location was perfect to where we needed to be, but that was about it.

Eu adorei o condomínio !!! O apartamento é grande e a cozinha muito bem equipada !!!fica bem perto da Disney, Walmart e outlets, mas um pouco afastado dos outros parques.
