Great stay!

We had a great stay! We had some problems at first and our host was super helpful and accommodating!! They were ready to help in anyway! Luckily, everything was resolved quickly!!

Great location, quiet neighborhood.

The location of this property was great. Communication with the property owner was open and they were responsive. We did not have any issues with the location or the check in process as everything went smoothly. The home itself does have some wear and tear so do not expect this home to be pristine. However, it was great for our 6 night stay and fit our needs very well. Any issues or questions we had, we reached out and there was not hesitation regarding responses. Beds were comfortable and I was very happy that this location had 4 beds in one room so that all 3 of my boys could sleep together in one room and no one was left out during this trip. It was also nice to have everyone have their own bathrooms and space!

family staycation

we went for my daughters birthday which happened to fall on thanksgiving week. The house was absolutely beautiful. The host was incredibly communicative. The amenities were amazing. Will definitely be going back again.

Misleading

The property stated it has 2 king beds it does not it’s 1 king, 1 queen and two bunk beds that have full beds on the bottom and twins on the top. Definitely could do better with the cleaning as there was previous guests food and hair throughout the house as well as thick dust on fans, vents and doors. However the location is great and has all the amenities you will need close by but

Good stay

Over all the place and the property was really good only recommendation would be the bathroom drains and the main tv uograde other than that it was a great stay

Rogers family vacation

From the Rogers family, we had an incredible time at the resort, there was plenty of room for everyone in the house., my kids really enjoyed the amenities that the resort had to offer. This is most definitely a place we would consider coming back in the future.

Fun, Family Getaway

The home was a great spot to hang out and unwind at the end of the day. The kids loved there bunk room, and it was a great size for 6 of us. It was clean, comfortable and pretty central to where we needed to be.

Overall it was good!

Regal palms was a great resort. They let us bring our own food and drink in, even though the rules states otherwise. The pools were so warm and the lazy river was really fun. The drinks were expensive but very tasty. Our townhouse was not that clean, many stains on carpets and walls. Not enough towels for quests and kitchen was not stocked. No dish towels, very old pots and pans (some were not safe use - no stick coating was pealing off) The coffee maker did not turn off, which can be a serious fire hazard. The washer machine had mold in it that could not be wiped off. The host was great, he was always available for questions and gave answers in a timely fashion.

Great resort!

Overall we had a great stay. Dan was very accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. The only negatives we had was that the furniture and carpets had quite a few stains on them. Aside from that, we wished were were closer to the resort for the kids to have easy access to the pool without having to drive to and from.

Unfortunate

Property looked nice but was not cleaned at all. Fridge full of old food. Bed was not made with dirty linen. Towels were used. Garbage filled. I did receive a full refund from the owner but was left scrambling to find a place last minute.

Hot Water lasted 3 mins to take a shower couldn’t take a bath . Windows let in a lot of light . Carpet really soiled. No ice maker . TV are very small .

Decent Townhouse outside the busyness of Orlando

Cute little townhouse was a fun spot to stay for our family (3 boys - 11, 9, and 1). Unfortunately the water slide, lazy river, beach pool, and hot tub were all closed for reconstruction, but the property management team worked closely with us to ensure we were taken care of in spite of that. The arcade was decent and had a jungle gym structure inside for the rainy days. This town house was a little smaller than expected, but still worked for us. Not sure how you would get 2 families in here though unless they are small families. Also the timing to Universal was farther than we expected (about 45min). To Disney was about 30min drive. The grocery store is walking distance, but a long walk (about 15min). Walking to the pool took about 10min. Overall this was a decent place and we would stay again. Would definitely work/stay with this management team. They were fantastic to work with.

The property was very cute, the pool and arcade area were really nice and fun. Staff and host were great. We had a wonderful stay.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood was “rough”. Did not feel safe and did not feel safe for my grandkids. The community pool is very small and was always well over capacity. The strong Oder of chlorine was not tolerable but was definitely needed due to the amount of people in it. The unit was okay. Had no instructions on tv operation (streaming). Would not recommend or return.

Vacation 2023

We traveled here from Georgia for family vacation. The booking, check-in process was all made easy. The house was nice and the property owner was great to work with, great communicator throughout the entire process. Most importantly the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, water slide and lazy river. Highly recommended-5⭐️

Regal Palms Vacation

Our family stayed at 2010 Calabria Ave in the Regal Palms resort during a recent Disney trip. We enjoyed our trip and the amenities at Regal Palms. The condo was conveniently located and about a 25 minute drive from the Disney parks and nearby to restaurants and a grocery store. The rental process was very efficient and the property manager / owner was responsive to our inquiries. This could be a good choice for your family on your next vacation!

Great for Family Trip

Great space to enjoy a family trip to Disney. The check in was easy, amenities were nice and the home was pretty clean. Had to stock up on essentials like toilet paper, and do a good wipe down in the kitchen but wasn’t a deal breaker at all. Would definitely recommend.

Winter warmth in a tropical setting

We enjoyed our month long escape from winter at this home in the Regal Palms. Resort, which was friendly and its main complex decked out like a tropical island. Host was friendly and promptly addressed a couple of problems that popped up. Access to so many central Florida places was appreciated

Great Property!!

Our family had such a wonderful time! Just about 30 minutes from the parks. The resort is beautiful! The kids loved the pool! The house was super clean and stocked with lots of necessities to get us through the week. Check in and out was a breeze. The owner kept in touch and made sure everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

So Fun! The Perfect Vacation Spot.

This is a fabulous property. The condo was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The amenities are wonderful - the pool and hot tub were first-rate, but the lazy river blew me away - better than places like the Great Wolf Lodge. My family had a fantastic and relaxing time. The trip to the Disney parks took only 20-25 minutes, with Universal about 30-35 minutes. Pro tip - avoid the nearby Publix market as it was outrageously priced - shop at Walmart for half the price of Publix for your needs before getting to this neighborhood. Dan was a great communicator. We'll be back!

Nice

Pros: +Clean +Well stocked kitchen +Plenty of bath towels +Communication with property owner +Comfy living room +Easy to get access to the unit. No complicated hoops. Cons: -Not enough toilet paper for our 2 small children and 2 adults. -carpet was very worn and somewhat stained but floors were vacuumed clean and mopped. -Bedding in master had what appeared to be a cigarette burn hole which was kindof yuck/off-putting None of these things were deal breakers for us considering the price. If we stay here again I'd just make sure to bring TP and a blanket for the master bed.
