My residential home is located in an ideal location in Tsawwassen. We are set up for a minimum of 30 day bookings. Walking distances to Tsawwassen Mills Mega mall, BC Ferries, Splashdown Waterpark, ocean beaches, golf course, 20 min to airport & 35 min to DT. You’ll love the spacious updated backyard, cleanliness, bright, safe & all extra amenities. It's great for couples, business travelers, families, & furry friends (pets). Beautiful sunsets, full rear patio for 1/4 acre fenced backyard bbq, lounging & sun, and covered outdoor gym area, night time auto-lighting & 2 gas fire-pits.
Note you will be the only guest in the house when booking, as it is a ground level entry into the upstairs 3 bedroom living space. .

Bikes and golf clubs upon request when available. Bright high fenced 1/4 acre use backyard ideal for dogs and family fun.

The space is ideal for both company workers wishing space on social isolation, as well as families with room to enjoy in the front and large backyard for a safe "staycation".
Sleeps 3 single adults not sharing any beds with a bedroom for each or 6 guests based on 2 per bed-sharing. Cots and cribs are available upon request. The master bedroom ensuite has a mini shower & cold water bidet toilet and single futon couch. Main bathroom features new electric Kohler smart bidet toilet, dual sinks, bathtub/shower.
All 3 bedrooms have large TVs & the living room with a 50", with premium Cable including Netflix, high-speed unlimited fibre optic wireless data, golf clubs & mountain bikes ( when requested in advance) parking up to 3 in driveway, including on boulevard, a fully equipped house with all necessities and accessories in kitchen & bathrooms.
We have a beautiful large 1/4 acre backyard! It is equipped with a Volleyball, soccer/hockey net & badminton net, BBQ and patio setup with 2gas firepits, and 3 covered gazebos, with 2 person infrared sauna.
Key-less Code entrance into the front door, customized for each stay for added security.
We also offer the ability to use our professional housekeeping staff if you desire intermittent house cleaning/laundry services at an additional cost.

Other things to note
As this is our residential home, we stop accepting bookings to a maximum of 5 1/2 months in a calendar year as we vacation or stay at another local house during our booking times.
Our high booking season is June to end of August, of which we require a minimum of 5 night bookings that also ensure staff availability to clean and prepare the entire property.
