Courtenay - Quiet luxury condo at Crown Isle

Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully furnished condo with great views of the 6th hole of Crown Isle golf course from the living room. A short walk to the Crown Isle golf course public clubhouse and restaurant, as well as North Island College and a large recreation center with pool.

This is a great base for exploring the Comox valley region which boasts world class golf courses, the Mt Washington ski area, Cumberland's famous mountain biking and hiking trails, Strathcona provincial park, the gorgeous inside passage islands, and more, all serviced by a commercial airport serviced by multiple airlines.

Beautiful full kitchen complete with hardwood floor, stone counter tops, dishwasher, flattop stove, full fridge with ice maker, glassware, stemware, and everything necessary to prepare and serve fine cuisine.

Living room has a cozy gas fireplace, hardwood floor, cable TV, DVD and PVR, stereo system with iPod hookup and phone. Dining area with floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceiling and built in lighting provide a fantastic atmosphere.

Large stone patio off the main living area surrounded by grass, trees and the golf course is perfect for lounging with a drink. Patio is furnished with a table and chairs and a large natural gas BBQ.

Master suite is furnished with a king size bed, walk-in closet, full en-suite bathroom with heated floors, large soaker tub, and separate shower. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is included (linens, towels etc.)

Second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can easily and comfortably be made into one king if needed (linens included). The main bathroom also includes a soaker tub and heated floors.

Located within minutes of great restaurants in either Courtenay or Comox (Locals, Atlas, Blackfin Pub, Avenue Bistro) or walk to two restaurants in the Crown Isle clubhouse. Pick up your groceries minutes away at Costco or Thrifty's.

The Kingfisher Resort is only 20 minutes away.

No pets, no smoking, please inquire about any guests that are children.

Central location

Comfortable, spacious condo located near local grocery stores, golfing and dining. Owners were friendly and quick to respond.

Excellent condo for short stay

The condo was great, fantastic location with easy access. Parking was great and we liked having access to the storage room for borrowed bikes and golf clubs. Very well stocked kitchen and ample towels. Would definitely stay again. Only downside is having to mail the keys back, we had an early morning flight and a postage paid envelope wasn't provided so had to sort that out on our last day of vacation.

Lovely Condo

This lovely condo is very welcoming! We found it roomy, beds and furniture were very comfortable, it was well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is excellent and the owner was great to deal with. We would definitely stay there again for another golf getaway, but would ask you to please do something about the weather, haha!! Great place to stay!

The condo was in a terrific location and easily accessible for groceries, etc. Loved the ground floor entrance. Kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, cooking tools we needed. We really enjoyed our stay in Courtney!

Fantastic stay

The unit was large, and had all the amenities. The Host had provided for all of our needs. Lovely area, and close to everything. Underground parking, which helped greatly when we experienced a rare Courtenay snow storm. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Crown isle comfort

Lovely, clean, spacious and accessible. Only confusion was the price.... it ended up being more expensive for 6 nights than it was going to be for 7 nights? And we were told we could only book for the 6 nights due to issues surrounding CoVid safety.

Our stay in Courtenay

We enjoyed our two month stay at this property in the Crowne Isle area of Courtenay. The condo was clean, comfortable and well laid out. The central location allowed us to drive anywhere in Courtenay or Comox for shopping, eating or recreation in less than 15 minutes. Walking and cycling opportunities were excellent. We definitely recommend this property as a great place to stay.

This Place is a Winner!

My adult son and I had to travel to the Comox/Courtenay area very suddenly and we were so lucky to have found this home! The owners were terrific and responsive and ensured that we had everything we needed and I cannot sing their praises highly enough! As frequent VRBO/HomeAway users and former vacation renters (we owned two homes for six years each in Cayman) I have seen some poorly described and kitted out places but this was a dream. Everything you could want was included in this condo - a fully stocked kitchen was so welcome (including my favourite type of coffee maker - a thermal container allowing the coffee to stay warm) along with an awesome toaster and even the major appliances looked new! A washer and dryer were also in the condo and this was important as I hadn't packed enough for the entire stay. There was plenty of seating in the living and dining rooms and a patio table and chairs were outside to allow for lovely evenings. There is also a huge gas grill and, although I didn't use it, it also looks new. Plenty of towels and linens were also on hand and, in short, this place had everything you will need. I did enjoy the underground parking as it rained a lot and the elevator was helpful as my son has difficulty with stairs. Thank you to the owners - I will definitely rent here again when I next visit the area! Bonnie
