Welcome to Cape May! Four Bedroom, two Bathroom Townhouse 1 block to the Washington Street Mall, 4 blocks to Cape May beaches! Wake up and take a quick stroll to local cafe s for your morning coffee or spend the day shopping at nearby boutique stores. This townhouse offers parking for two cars and two front balconys to enjoy the fresh air. There are 4 queen beds, two twin sized beds, and a full sofa sleeper in the love seat. Pillows and blankets are provided. Guests should plan to pack or rent their own flat sheets, fitted sheets, bath and beacht towels. Bedroom - Queen Bed - 1st FloorBedroom - Queen Bed - 1st FloorBedroom - Queen, Two Twins - 3rd FloorMaster Bedroom - Queen Bed - 3rd FloorLiving/Kitchen is on the Second FloorThe first level bedrooms now have ductless air conditioning units.The homeowner leaves 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and a few beach toys for guests to use.A few special notes:The living room TV has cable. The two TV s in the bedrooms offer Roku which is a streaming service.There is parking for two cars, one in-front of the garage the other location in the gravel to the right.This property is rented through Coastline Realty in Cape May. There is a $600 Refundable Security Deposit, $65 Processing Fee and a $300 Cleaning Fee. If you are renting for 2-3 nights the cleaning fee can be reduced to $250.

Clean and convenient property

This was our second stay in this condo. We were able to walk to almost all the places we wanted to go. The home is comfortable and clean.

Mid week getaway

We are a group of 4 that have been friends for over 30 years. We finally got to have a girls getaway and it did not disappoint. The house was perfect and well stocked. We all had our own bedroom and once we parked the car we did not get have to get in it again until we left. Everything was in walking distance. It’s in a great location and we enjoyed having coffee and tea on the balcony off the living room. I would definitely rent this home again.

Great spot. Location terrific and home was very nice. Modernized for the most part. Clean and comfortable, closet space lacking in first floor. Only thing to keep in mind is that there are only the 2 parking spots so be prepared to either pay the meters or find a non metered spot some blocks away. Overall great spot and look forward to visiting again. Beach box also great amenity.

Excellent location and plenty of space!

This rental could not have been more perfect. Everyone had their own room, which was really wonderful. The location is central to downtown Cape May, we could walk to all meals, shopping, local bars, and points of interest like Congress Hall. The rental agency was very communicative and check in/out was simple. Would recommend, and would stay again!

Christmas get away

4 couples came together for a mid week getaway. We’ve stayed here before. Quick walk to shops and restaurants. We definitely be back next year.

Giving Thanks in Cape May

We really enjoyed this house and we have stayed in close to two dozen over the years. Thanksgiving in Cape May has been a tradition for our family for over 30 years. It's a wonderful way to give thanks and enjoy the beginning of the Christmas season. This house even had a Christmas tree up and decorated upon our arrival. There were lots of thoughtful details. It had very comfortable beds for everyone. The location is fantastic with the grocery store and Washington Mall within a block and a short walk to the beach. We were blessed by our time together and grateful for the realtors at Coastline who were wonderful to work with!

Great location!

This place was perfect for our Girl's Weekend. The location is just steps away from Washington Street Mall and is clean and spacious. We will definitely book this place again. More lighting in the bedrooms would be helpful as well as 2 ply toilet tissue. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Girls Weekend

The property was wonderful and we have absolutely NO complaints!!! Loved our stay!!! One change for convenience would be to have a keypad instead of using keys and having to pick up/drop off at the office. Also, we asked if we could get in early and were told no changes on the day of arrival as cleaning people made their schedule already, which I understand. But giiven it was such a rainy weekend and pre-season, it would have been nice if the agents offered to call the cleaning people and see if the house was ready, rather than an immediate No.

Great House, Great Location, Great Long Weekend!

This house was the perfect size for 6 friends on a girls weekend! Enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably, enough bathrooms for getting ready and the living space was nice and open for hanging out. It was very clean and had all the amenities needed. The house is also a great location so we were able to walk everywhere. I would absolutely stay here again!

Super Convenient

This home was awesome except for the strong smell of mold. The mold is overwhelming. Other than that, the house is great and located near everything. We were in town for a Memorial Golf Tournament and will be back next year. I would rent this house again, only if the mold smell is removed. Thank you.

Great Location

Great open floorplan, very clean and just a short walk to town. It actually sleeps more then 8 and can sleep 10 comfortably.

Perfect location for our annual get away!

We are a group of 8 siblings, 6 girls, 2 boys. We range in age from 55-70. We have been going away this weekend every year, just us, no spouses or children, for 20 years. We call it "Saving Sibling Sanity Weekend". Its a way for us to connect, share and just be there for each other. About 1.5 hours from our homes and 88 year old mom, so we were close for any emergencies. The property was perfectly located so once we parked, we could walk everywhere, the beach, the shops and dining. Thank you for making this a memorable weekend!

Perfect location for ladies getaway

Super clean and perfect location for a ladies getaway weekend. Stayed inside more than planned due to inclement weather but what a perfect living room and kitchen area to gather the ladies to play games and chat!

Great time in a great house

This house was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and stocked with the basics (toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, etc). There was even a Christmas tree to make our Thanksgiving stay festive. It comfortably fit all 8 of us (4 couples) with 2 twin beds to spare. There was a tiny problem with a toilet and it was fixed immediately. Bravo! The kitchen was big enough to cook meals with plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, silverware and various cooking utensils. There was mix match cookware and not useful for our needs. Luckily we brought our own (griddle, instant pot, etc) so we just used that. Overall it was a great stay, we had a blast, and I definitely recommend this house. If opportunity presents itself I will rent it again.

Great Location, Great Accommodations!

Property was very clean, had a lot of bedroom space, and a nice main level space for a group of 7. Location was outstanding! Very short walk to downtown shops, and near lots of restaurants. We had a great long weekend! .

Daughters wedding and mini vaca!

Staying in this house was a delight. Privacy and seclusion, all the conveniences of close restaurants and shopping. Plenty of room for my party of seven, spotless, I can’t say enough about this property. We would definitely love to rent this place for future visits to Cape May!
