Hello, my name is Susan! My beautifully decorated home, Touch Of Serenity, is located on a double-ended culdesac, with no busy traffic. Touch Of Serenity is warm & cozy with lots of natural light. The windows are adorned with blinds & curtains to make it darker when needed, especially in the bedrooms. New appliances in the fully equipped kitchen, will make it easy for you to prepare your own delicious meals. The back yard has a nice size furnished patio, enclosed with a privacy fence and a lush (summertime) green screen.

Thanksgiving trip

This home was perfect for our family. Great location to downtown Louisville. Beds were comfortable. Our host had a nice Keruig coffee machine and water stand. Kitchen was well equipped. Would happily stay there again when visiting Louisville.

Sisters weekend

We enjoyed our weekend at this home-away-from-home. Kitchen was very well equipped and stocked. Plenty of coffee and creamer, which was much appreciated! However, it would have been nice to have another chair or two for the dining table. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to relax with friends or family. Susan, thanks for everything!

Nice, clean, comfy place

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Susan’s place. It had a nice relaxing vibe and it was much more room and far more comfortable than a hotel. It was only like 15-20 minutes to things around Louisville that we were visiting which was nice.

Family visit

Had a wonderful stay at this home. Home is well equipped with everything you need in the bath, bedrooms and kitchen. Kids like TV's in the bedroom and high speed internet. The host is wonderful to deal with and was always available. We had no issues, just needed a water dispenser jug replaced, was done in an hour. Quiet neighborhood and an easy commute all over Louisville. Would rent again

Cozy Louisville home.

We stayed 2 nights just passing through to our final destination. The backyard is beautiful and we enjoyed hanging out back there. Really close to mega cavern which we visited and loved. Also close to mall and other attractions. Much better than a hotel for our family of older teens and young adult children.

Everything we expect and more!

We was a group of veterans traveling on motorcycles for a national meeting. This house was perfect for 3 couples. Very clean, and comfortable. We took advantage of the patio and table and chairs most the time. We had no trouble with the neighborhood. And was just 15 mins from the convention center. I would definitely recommend the host and properties.

Quiet Neighborhood, close to I-65, great backyard patio

Great location south side of town. Easy access to Interstate 65. Inside has updated décor in all the rooms. TV in all 3 bedrooms and living room. Updated kitchen with Keurig machine! We highly recommend.

Just perfect

Our stay was wonderful. Nice, clean, conveniently located property close to the airport. KY Expo Center, Louisville campus, Churchill Downs, etc. Would stay again. Host is very responsive and makes everything easy. Others should book this property.

Clean and tidy

This house is impeccably clean, and close to the Kentucky Exposition Center where our daughters were playing volleyball. Susan was wonderful in her communication with us. It was a great experience!

The property is as advertised. Clean, well stocked with everything you need. Lovely, private back yard. Beautifully decorated, and comfortable beds. Two nicely decorated baths, plenty of towels and essentials. We were very pleased. Will stay there again!

Beautifully maintained home with lots of thoughtful niceties

Lovely home. We found it to be an ideal size ( 3 bedrooms) for our group of four - a couple, two individuals. We were impressed with its cleanliness and pleased to find a good selection of kitchen appliances. Bathrooms were well stocked and very clean. Large wall mounted TV's in bedrooms and living room. The surrounding streets have no streetlights so nighttime navigation was tricky. But overall - a great place that we all would visit again.
