Beautiful, completely renovated Notting Hill flat

A beautiful, modern 2-bedroom flat on the 2nd floor (with lift) of a period block. I have extensively refurbished this flat to include high quality fixtures and furnishings. It t is impeccably clean and benefits from lots of natural light.
Located on a quiet 1-way street, my flat is in the heart of one of London's most charming and beautiful neighbourhoods. You will be close to the many excellent shops, restaurants and transport links of Notting Hill Gate and Kensington High Street and the green spaces of both Holland Park and Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park are within easy walking distance. The rear of the property, where both bedrooms are situated, overlooks a small primary school, so there can be some noise during term time during the school day, however the windows are double glazed which significantly reduces noise. Guests consistently say that my flat is perfect for families and anyone who wants to explore London from a lovely, central location in a quiet and charming neighbourhood. I live locally and am always happy to share tips and suggestions and answer any questions that guests have.

Great location

The location of the property was terrific, so easy to walk to pubs and restaurants, coffee and shopping, or hop on the tube. Christine had so many recommendations for us, and was responsive to our questions, as well as accommodating to our arrival time. Would recommend.

Cozy, comfortable and compact

Lovely neighbourhood, so convenient to Tube, shopping, restaurants. Slept well, lots of heat. Bathroom very modern. Many amenities available but did not require.

Great location, excellent condition, helpful host

If you're looking for a convenient location to access London sites, this flat is great as it's just a few minutes walk from two separate tube stations as well as bus stops. The apartment itself appears to have been recently renovated, with modern appliances throughout, sleeps 4 comfortably, and has cooking supplies but is close to many nice cafes and restaurants. Christine is extremely helpful and will likely send you a list of sites, restaurants, things to do, and others that we found useful and not covered elsewhere. Enjoy your trip!

Cozy, clean, and comfortable

My friend and I spent 4 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The location is close to shops, pubs, and transportation on a quiet street with little traffic. Christine, the host, provided detailed guidelines for using the flat, as well as suggestions for exploring the neighborhood and London in general. A return trip may be in our future

Clean flat in a great location

Cozy Clean Flat in Notting Hill- Kensington

The flat sleeps four adults comfortably. It is modern and clean and well located by the Notting Hill tube station. Lots of cute and restaurants, coffee houses and pubs. Our host Christine was attentive and helpful at ever turn. Excellent communication. I highly recommend this property.

Location location location!!!!

This flat is a 6-7 min walk to Notting Hill Tube Station. There is an elementary school behind the flat. Beautiful area.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Even though it was tiny, it was clean and had everything that we needed. It is located on a quiet street with easy access to the tube. We had no problem getting around London from here. The grocery stores were also a short walking distance from where we were. Christine was a great host and was very responsive to all my inquiries. I would definitely recommend this place.

Christine is the perfect host! She was extremely responsive to our needs and questions. She provided so may wonderful recommendations from coffee shops to restaurants and pubs. The flat is located on a beautiful street and is quick walk to many attractions and the tube at Notting Hill Gate. Highly recommend.

Great for work and family

I came to London with my family for work and a short vacation. This flat is a great location - just a couple minutes away from the Central line which made work very easy, and close to several playgrounds which was great for my 2-year-old. The flat had an elevator, toys for toddlers, and plenty of children's books. My 2-year-old slept in the trundle bed and if she rolled off, it was just onto the bottom trundle. The area is absolutely lovely, and very quiet. Plenty of good restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well. We definitely recommend!

Very comfortable, Great location

Christine was a very accommodating host and provided all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Our family of five enjoyed this accommodation, especially the quiet location just minutes from the tube station which provided us easy access to the rest of London. Lovely neighborhood. Great central location for a visit to London

My family and I had a great stay at Christine’s flat. It is very well maintained and clean, and the kitchen while small has all the appliances you need for basic light food prep. The owner was very responsive to our questions and provided a thorough list of recommended eateries and shops within the vicinity. The location was excellent, very close to the underground, and walking distance to Hyde park and Kensington.

Tidy and well located

The apartment is tidy and well-located. It is a short walk to the Circle line as well as a few grocery stores and coffee shops. Wifi was strong. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was really handy having the washer/dryer available.

Excellent location

Comfy beds ( the single trundle worked for me at 5.7. Perfect location with restaurents and tube close by. Unfortunately the high end stove and washer dryer were difficult to figure out. Tiny bathroom but enough towels. Safe location down the street from the Windsor castle pub. Could use a comfy chair in the micro living room.

Perfect location in great neighborhood

The owner is extremely responsive when you have questions, comments or problems, which is so important and helps make this property a gem. Close to Notting Hill Gate tube station on the Circle Line so you can get everywhere easily with about five excellent coffee shops right there. The kitchen is small and not well equipped- not the flat for all-out cooking and fancy dining, just the basics. But all is clean and comfy. Price is right.

Perfect location, great apartment

Great apartment which is bigger than it looks in photos. Awesome location. Everything you need plus lovely welcoming touches - best jam tarts! Christine is super generous with her help and information. We really loved our stay here. Really recomend this for a stay in London.

Great Stay in Notting Hill

We enjoyed our stay in Christine's flat in Notting Hill. She made the check in process very easy. She was also super responsive when we had a question or issue. Fantastic! Can’t wait to return!

This property was perfect for our week exploring London with our teenage children. Immaculately clean and in the most charming neighborhood, this efficient flat had everything we needed for our stay. Christine was incredibly accommodating and made our arrival and orientation to London and the Notting Hill Gate neighborhood seamless. We hope to come back some day soon!

Great flat in terrific neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay at Christine’s flat. The location is the best - safe, quiet, and close to transportation and stores, restaurants, etc. The flat is clean, comfortable and well equipped, the W/D being especially helpful. Christine was a great host. She met us at the flat, let us check in early, which was so appreciated, and was easy to contact throughout our stay. The kitchen area is small but with plenty of room to cook and eat at home. A second bedroom is a real plus. We would highly recommend Christine’s place and plan to stay again next year. Thanks, Christine.

Great Location

Close to Kensington Park and all the area has to offer along with easy access to several lines of public transit The unit backs up to a Primary school. Christine met us to provide the keys for the unit.

Great time had by all

We took our 2 teenage granddaughters to London to sightsee and see some shows. Christine made us feel welcome right away and the flat was perfect for us. Comfortable, clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We couldn’t have been happier there.if you’re looking for the perfect flat this is the place to go!
