Beautiful, completely renovated Notting Hill flat

A beautiful, modern 2-bedroom flat on the 2nd floor (with lift) of a period block. I have extensively refurbished this flat to include high quality fixtures and furnishings. It t is impeccably clean and benefits from lots of natural light.
Located on a quiet 1-way street, my flat is in the heart of one of London's most charming and beautiful neighbourhoods. You will be close to the many excellent shops, restaurants and transport links of Notting Hill Gate and Kensington High Street and the green spaces of both Holland Park and Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park are within easy walking distance. The rear of the property, where both bedrooms are situated, overlooks a small primary school, so there can be some noise during term time during the school day, however the windows are double glazed which significantly reduces noise. Guests consistently say that my flat is perfect for families and anyone who wants to explore London from a lovely, central location in a quiet and charming neighbourhood. I live locally and am always happy to share tips and suggestions and answer any questions that guests have.

Our family of four enjoyed the apartment- it’s in a really good location. The few toys and books were nice distractions for the kids. Not a huge space, but it worked nicely and was efficient!

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. So easy to walk to the tube stop and great restaurants and numerous grocery stores close by. Christine provided excellent suggestions for our trip as well.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The convenience of the location made our trip very pleasant. The flat was clean and quiet. Beyond that, Christine herself was attentive and extraordinarily helpful and thorough in transportation needs and very accommodating where she could be, always gracious. We would stay here again and again and again.

We loved staying at Christine’s flat. It was perfect for my family of 4. The location was incredible. Centrally located near Notting Hill Gate tube station and directly next door to the weekly Notting Hill Farmers market with so many restaurants and shops nearby. Even in the London heat, we were comfortable with the fans and keeping windows open in the evening. I hope to stay again at Christine’s when I come back to London.

Very nice apartment for the three of us visiting London. Bedrooms and kitchen/living room nice and absolutely sufficient for us e.g. for having a breakfast together.Quiet surrounding with all you need from cafes to shopping and pubs. Perfect location just a short walk to Notting Hill Gate station as well as a lot of other attractions.A special thank you to Christine who offered us perfect infos and help when needed, just great!

Christine was wonderful. Super responsive and helpful with any info we might want or need. The place was as advertised. Very tidy, efficient and comfortable. The location was amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great homebase.

The location of this flat is excellent. Our family appreciated its proximity to the Notting Hill Gate train station, Hyde Park, Holland Park, and local restaurants. We also appreciated the children’s toys and games. A few notes on the apartment for improvements:—the bed in the main bedroom was unbelievably uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep—the couch in the living room was also incredibly uncomfortable and difficult to sit on. —the washer gave all of our clothing an unpleasant musty smell —many of the built in features of the apartment (bedside tables in the main bedroom for example) were on the brink of breaking —the check in notes asked us not to tell other residents of the apartment building that we were renting with VRBO, which made us uncomfortable All in all, we appreciated the location of the apartment but would not stay in the apartment again as it stands and would not recommend it to friends/family.

a perfect place to stay

The flat is in an excellent location - tube a short walk, lots of good pubs and cafes, quiet street. The flat has everything needed for a stay - kitchen, washer/dryer. It is clean and quiet.

Staying here was wonderful. Christine promptly answered the questions that I had. The apartment is newly renovated and the kitchen is stocked with everything one needs to make a meal. I highly recommend.

Fantastic location!

We spent five nights here in April. The check in process was smooth and organized, the space was clean and inviting, the owner left great information regarding local amentities and restaurants, she also touched base to confirm that all was well, and the short walk to Notting Hill Gate was perfect for sightseeing. We would not hesitate to recommend!

Great location!

Notting Hill is fantastic for families. The apartment is 5 min away from metro, and also very well connected with buses. Many parks, restaurants, pubs. The host was great and communicated well and timely.

Great location

The location of the property was terrific, so easy to walk to pubs and restaurants, coffee and shopping, or hop on the tube. Christine had so many recommendations for us, and was responsive to our questions, as well as accommodating to our arrival time. Would recommend.

Central and easy to access any part of London but quiet, charming and offers an amazing array of restaurants, shops, parks, and cultural activities. It's incredibly family friendly but also offers vibrant entertainment for younger people as well as attractions for more mature travellers.

My property is located within one of the most charming and safest neighbourhoods on a beautiful, quiet street but in very close proximity to the tube, bus stops, restaurants, cafes, shops and the park. It's very easy to get to / from all major airports and train stations. The flat itself has been fully renovated and although it's small, it's well-designed layout makes it very functional and practical for a family or group of travellers to make it their landing pad during a visit to London. Given its location and due to its size, most guests find that it is excellent value vis a vis other centrally-located, well-maintained prime London properties.
