Rolling Stones

We were in town for the concert and needed a house with at least 3 queen beds. This location was great. Easy to get to. The house was clean and very roomy. We enjoyed both the front porch and the roof porch.

An amazing home with the perfect location plenty of room for your whole family and then some! Comfortable beds and close location to your favorite spots . Owner was readily available and communicated everything we needed to know the day we arrived. Everything ran very smoothly !

Perfect for graduation

Plenty of space

We enjoyed our stay at this Atlanta property. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own bed. The location is very close to midtown.

Family gathering at Clemson /GT baseball weekend

We had family coming from different places to meet in Atlanta. The place was beautiful; it looked just like the pictures. It was less than a mile to GT, and Atlantic station. The beds were so comfortable. We want to all come back just to hang out more in this area.

Great Stay

Great Rental Experience

My girlfriends and I rented this condo for a bachelorette party. It was everything we needed. Perfect amount of room, clean space, and great rooftop patio. We had some issues with the router upon arrival but the owners responded immediately and had it fixed in no time. We didn't know that there was a nightclub near by so one of the nights was a little loud but overall a great experience!

This was an ideal place to stay for my son’s graduation from Georgia Tech. Plenty of space!

Great place

Great space for a large family or a group of friends. The handrail on the stairs is loose when I was there but other than that no other problems. Cleaning people came right after checkout and the owners was cool. Would recommend

Perfect for our family gathering

First time since we had a family gathering with our dad due to Covid. This was the perfect venue to be away from home and still feel like home. Thanks to the hosts of this property for their hospitality and open communication. It was very easy to get in touch with them and the response time was exceptional.

Architecturally stunning property with issues

This house was a nice venue for our bridal weekend. It was very clean, bright, and spacious. The photos on the listing look so beautiful but we had so many issues. They did change the couch in the living area to a smaller black couch that seats less than the white one pictured and looks too small for the space. Also the blue futon in the loft area is gone so there is no longer a sitting/sleeping option In that space. Parking is limited to 3 cars on your side of the driveway, there is no street parking as it’s very narrow. There is parking available in the driveway next door at a house that is unoccupied and missing a front door. .The house does not match the surrounding neighborhood and you will think that Waze is sending you to the wrong place as you approach the house for the first time. The kitchen is so poorly equipped with basic items such as plates/place settings, glasses, mugs, forks, etc to accommodate the capacity of this house. I can’t stress this enough. Everything was mismatched and incomplete. There were literally 4 mugs of 3 different styles/pattern. If you plan to prepare even a simple meal in this kitchen bring a sponge, kitchen towels, a pasta pot, a colander, a cutting board, serving plates/bowls as there were none available. Also bring extra towels for the bathroom and liquid hand soap. Only 2 towel sets were given per bathroom including the upstairs bathroom that serviced 2 double occupancy rooms. The showers have good pressure and a really cool shower feature with a rain head, cascade waterfall, body sprays, and hand held shower wand. Bathroom number 2 is missing a glass sliding door panel so the owner placed a spring loaded shower rod with plastic curtain. The rod is secured to the upper railing with plastic ribbon.. I’ll give marks here for ingenuity but the optics are poor. The refrigerator is falling apart. The crisper drawers are missing,, a screw is holding up the bottom shelf, and the door constantly swings wide when opened and smashes into the countertop which a loud crash bang, every single time you opened it. The rooftop was great to have. We had dinner out there one evening. There is a table that seats six on the patio. It was so pleasant in nice weather to have that space to enjoy that it was easy not to focus on the disrepair of the adjacent properties. I would expect a rental of this cost would be better equipped and maintained instead of jerry-rigged to passable functionality.

What a GEM!

I can’t say enough good things about this property! It was absolutely gorgeous, just as the pictures described. Plenty of parking space, this property comes fully stocked with anything you might need during your stay. Extremely quiet neighborhood and private location. My favorite part of the property was the patios, the weather was perfect while we visited and it was so nice to have an outdoor space to relax and enjoy. Thank you for giving us an incredible weekend, we will definitely be back!!
