Easy location to Downtown

We travel to Atlanta twice a year for the Atlanta Market downtown. This location was clean, close to our trade show and was nice, as three show workers each had their own room and bathroom. We will stay there again and the hosts were great!

Great stay

The place was a great place to stay. The location was perfect - 10 minutes from the Mercedes Benz arena for us to attend a conference. I had a question for the owner and they responded within 5 minutes. Highly recommend it!

Weekend getaway!

Loved the place. Super cute and clean. Loved the fact that all of the bedrooms had a shower. The host had coffee pods and chips/snacks available as a courtesy. Convenient location- shops and restaurants in walking distance. I would recommend this place to family and friends!

Midweek event in Atlanta

Great location; less than a mile to Atlantic Station with a Publix and Target that provide garage parking; restaurants within five minute walk - we tried Toast for breakfast and Pelicana for lunch. Quiet area and comfortable beds. Clean and great AC. The 3 ensuite bedrooms were perfect for our group. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Ideal location, quiet neighborhood

Attended for GA Tech graduation. Ideally situated property, walking distance to all Tech activities and most of midtown. Good restaurants less than a half mile away (Toast, Antico’s, Hattie B’s). As other reviews indicate, upstairs is a bit noisy but not because of anything weird by other guests - just construction quality. Minor complaint: shower heads are a bit too low (if you are over 6’3’’ ish).

Great for business, but loud upstairs.

We have stayed in this home on multiple occasions for the Atlanta Market twice per year. Overall, it fits our needs perfectly. Close to great restaurants and the Americasmart buildings downtown and very clean.This last stay, there were guests staying in the upstairs unit and we could hear them all night walking around, showering, etc. That is the only drawback to this unit is that the sound is quite loud downstairs from the upstairs visitors.

I did don’t stay overnight

I want to be very honest - the property interior was very clean and communicating with the Pam was very easy. The property was located in a neighborhood that I was not comfortable staying in. I should have done my homework and that is my fault. Everyone had good intentions.

We had an overall awful experience here

We chose this home as it is pet friendly. The home is located in a “transitioning neighborhood” near GA Tech. It was not dirty but smelled very musty and definitely had some wear and tear. Beds were hard as rocks, paint was peeling in places along with dents in the walls and there were holes in the curtains. At least one of the showers was broken. There was absolutely no insulation from sound from the above unit, you could hear every step someone made. The first night was loud from above but manageable. However, those guests checked out the next day and the new guests arrived that afternoon. From the minute they arrived, they were yelling and blasting music. They also blocked our vehicle in the driveway. We sent a message to the owner and they did move their vehicles but this obviously made them angry. We were going to dinner and a concert and had called an Uber. As we were leaving, the above guests (over 10 of them) basically were waiting outside our door and began yelling at us. They were obviously intoxicated. We ignored them as best we could - got in our Uber and went on with our evening. We returned to the property around 11 pm and the party upstairs was in full swing. The guests were yelling loudly. We could smell pot and likely other drugs being smoked. There was no way we could spend another night there - not only was it incredibly loud, we actually feared for our safety and the safety of our dogs. We quickly packed our belongings and our dogs and drove three hours home in the middle of the night. We reached out to the owner again to tell him what was happening and he sent us back a nasty response and basically called us entitled free loaders. All we requested was a partial refund for the night we did not stay. This was certainly reasonable considering the circumstances. My husband and I both sent messages to the owner after his very unprofessional reply further explaining the situation and we received no response. It is obvious that this owner does not care about anything but receiving his funds. Even though this place is relatively new, you can tell it is being trashed on a regular basis and it probably will not be too long before it is inhabitable, it is a shame.

It's a shame that some guests like Lucie grossly exaggerate (and lie) about our property and the situation. It is just very spiteful. She started out on the second day by immediately threatening us, so that was pretty much the end of the conversation. We have a third party noise monitoring service and received no alerts. We also have outside security cameras and could not see that there was any issue. Lucie and her husband are not nice people, and are not welcome back at our property.

Atlanta Braves Outing

Initially thought that the property was in a bad part of town, but is located next to Georgia Tech University, so more of a college neighborhood. The property was built in 2018,was clean, owner communicated well, and no issues. The only negatives were limited parking, and the showers in two bathrooms leaked through the glass doors really easy. Very nice modern home and furnishings. Right off the interstate, which made it easy to get from one part of Atlanta to another.

Clean modern accommodations. Host responds quickly Easy access to local restaurants and highway Neighborhood is up and coming with a mixture of new construction and original homes. Streets are narrow. Overall very nice home and reasonably priced

Solid stopover in Atlanta

Clean and convenient. Close to 75. Neighborhood just ok but safe. Walls a bit thin but overall very convenient overnight stop.

Excellent double property in Atlanta

Property is minutes to all downtown attractions and locations. We had early morning arrival for all meetings (0600 am) with midday downtime. The duplex arrangement allowed for gender separation overnight and the number of bedrooms/bathrooms met our needs for privacy Great property for a family or large group!

Comfy stay-but noisy

This house was clean and comfy. The beds are great and so is the neighborhood. However, it is a duplex and it got very noisy.

Weekend in Atlanta

Very clean and functional unit with en-suite bathroom in each bedroom. Modern up to date property and owners are very responsive to any concerns! Nice stay!
