Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhome in the heart of Atlanta’s historic Old Fourth Ward. This 4-level retreat features a stunning rooftop deck and offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Ideal for all type of occasions such as friend trip, bachelorette/bachelor weekend, family get together, sporting events, entertainment, nightlife and it’s all within WALKING distance.

Great overall stay - excellent communication, spacious and comfortable home and central location. The home could use some basics to make it more comfortable - for example, shades in the primary bedroom (there are decorative window coverings but there are bright streetlights so the room is lit up at night), there are no towel rods/hooks in the bathrooms and no hand towels, and there are minimal kitchen accessories (e.g. no dishcloths or towels, no cutting knives, no strainer, no storage containers etc).

Nice , clean and quiet. Only issue was the parking was limited. If you have a full size truck or SUV its a squeeze. The beds were very and comfy.

There was an issue with checkin where we did not get the access code on time, but we were still at the airport anyways so no harm no foul. Latoya was apologetic, life happens.The property had not been cleaned since the prior tenants; this was the cleaning company's fault, and Latoya sent them out to clean the place up and paid for us to go get dinner while they worked. When we got back the place was spotless. No concerns about bugs/mold/etc, it was just messy from the last people is all.Apart from the above - it was a truly ideal stay for the area. Beautiful home, everything we needed, everything functioned as expected, lovely rooftop view. Probably the comfiest bed I have ever slept in away from home. Walking distance from King Memorial MARTA station (though I probably wouldn't walk there by myself). Quiet street. Tight parking if you have a larger vehicle, but worked fine for us. Everything was exactly like the photos in the listing.Blackout curtains in the bedrooms would be nice, and maybe also a towel bar in the upstairs hallway bathroom, but those are very minor complaints.All in all, even with the issues mentioned, Latoya was very very sweet and accountable and got things resolved for us, so still a 5 star stay in my book. I would book again in a heartbeat when next in the area. Thank you Latoya!

We had a great stay! Was here for a basketball tournament with 4 kids. We had plenty of space. Rooftop was super nice! The home looked just like the pictures, check-in was easy, and the host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here!
